  Room was horrible had constant noise throughout the night that was “electrical” and sounded like termites above the bed on and off throughout the evening. Was disruptive to our sleep. Also have multiple bug bites after the first night. Street immediately outside can be sketchy right on the border. Worst hotel stay, find someplace else.

  I chose this hotel as our first place to stay when I arrived in San Francisco late last year, and it turned out to be the absolute best choice in terms of location, service, and value for money! I requested an early check-in and asked the staff for a few other favors, and everyone was so kind and made my stay extremely comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and above all, the classic furnishings were just lovely! I would love to stay for multiple nights next time!

  This adorable boutique hotel is full of wonderful, old-world charm—from the vintage hotel notepads to the room's beautiful armoire that felt straight out of Narnia. The soft bed, great water pressure, and hot water made the stay incredibly comfortable. We also loved the two delicious on-site restaurants and the "complimentary" nightly glass of wine. It is so refreshing to see that true hospitality is still alive! A special shoutout to the front desk team—Jennifer, Abraham, and Nestor. They consistently provided exceptional customer service, always greeting us with warm smiles, helpful local information, and going far beyond their responsibilities. They are truly amazing people. The room was exceptionally clean, with just one downside: the desk chair seat was heavily stained and in desperate need of reupholstering. Additionally, adding an accessible ice machine would save both guests and staff a lot of time. In-room amenities like the fridge, iron and coffee/tea maker were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

  Loved my time at this hotel! Upon arriving, we were assisted by Nestor and he was the kindest. He was open to answering any questions we had and had a positive attitude the whole time. The room was also exceptionally clean and the outside window view was immaculate. Overall, the service was great and I would highly recommend!
