  One of the worst hotel stays I've had. Before booking, I requested rooms close to the elevator because I was traveling with my 74-year-old grandmother and my mother, both with mobility issues. Instead, we were placed on different floors, and both rooms required stairs after exiting the elevator. I even offered to downgrade rooms, but staff claimed the hotel was full despite availability showing online. The hotel was also under construction, with a tarped elevator, which was never disclosed before booking. Despite requesting a sofa bed be made before arrival, it wasn't. After multiple calls, we were eventually told there was no overnight housekeeping. The next day, despite another request, it still wasn't made. We received dirty bedding, maintenance had to fix a toilet twice (despite admitting it needed replacement), valet was always unattended, repeatedly slow, and twice brought us the wrong car. At checkout I was incorrectly charged an additional $492.27 instead of simply deducting valet charges from my deposit, and I still haven't received the receipt I was promised. Between the poor accessibility, repeated service failures, maintenance issues, undisclosed construction, and billing problems, I would not stay here again.

  It was a lovely stay! Nestor was amazing from the check-in to the check-out! The room was insanely cozy and clean! Going back home with a heavy heart, because it was magical! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Odalar güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Özellikle resepsiyonda bizimle ilgilenen Nestar’a ve Taner’e çok teşekkür ederiz. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Otelin kendi otoparkı var ama yakınlarda daha uyguna otopark bulabilmek de mümkün.

  Great experience and the room on the 7th floor i had was clean, and as expected. Highly recommend. The staff were so friendly and today, the gentleman at the desk told me something I didn't know about how to use Google maps for public transportation and how to understand the transportation routes which was amazing to learn. Both mom and I learned something new and I can't thank him enough. It made today much easier to get around. That alone earns 10 stars.
