  Guy at front desk was cool, but the room was not clean. Refrigerator did not work at all, towels were dirty, mirror had lewd writing on it, and the smoke detector was missing.

  La habitación que nos dieron tenía un olor desagradable, era demasiado fuerte. Pedimos cambio de habitación pero el hotel estaba lleno, dejamos la puerta y la ventana abierta por un par de horas y aplicamos un ambiental pero el olor no desaparecía, estaba impregnado en todos los muebles y la alfombra. La cortina estaba quemada, como si hubieran fumado antes y habían arrancado el detector de humo. Además que hay acceso de la calle directo, sin ningún tipo de seguridad. No lo recomiendo.

  Raja at the front desk was absolutely amazing. My brother and I were down because my mom was life flighted from our home town for emergency surgery. We had to keep extending our stay and Raja went above and beyond for customer service and honored the original booking rate. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast was basic with a waffle station but it was perfect for our needs. We were close enough to the wharf to walk down, close to restaurants and bus stops. I would definitely stay here again if in San Francisco

  Waiting in lobby to check in early, had surgery the night before so not feeling well and covered in bandages. Cleaning lady sprays a table down WHILE I'M SITTING AT IT, cleaner chems splashing up to my face. And when I stand up this psycho picks up all the chairs in the lobby and stacks them so I have nowhere to sit back down while we wait. Front desk staff see this and don't say a word. Also the curtains cover nothing, fluorescents shine all night into your room. Spent an hour asking staff trying to get a toilet unclogged, had to do it ourselves.

  Our bathroom light was not working and the toilet seat was broken. The breakfast is terrible. But the location is wonderful and if you are lucky you get free parking
