- IVIlaria De Vita1 day ago5.0Posizione perfetta a pochi passi da Union Square. La camera, seppur piccola, era pulita e dotata di tutto. Lo staff è stato accogliente e disponibile. Soddisfatta!
- FVFrank van de Ven5 days ago2.0Not a very good hotel. Location is very central but borders with a very sketchy area. Had to pay a destination tax of 34 dollars on top of all other taxes I already paid. Very strange and borderline scamming. Room was OK but very dark and the sink was clogged. Wouldn't recommend.
- NHNathan HarstonOct 6, 20264.0Mixed Blessings Sep 2026 This is an overall mixed review. The pros: I was treated extremely well for being Diamond Elite, had the most wonderful check-in experience I've had in years. Kathryn was incredible. She was so personable and took the time to upgrade us to a suite based on our Diamond Elite status. She went out of her way to put the personal touch which is deeply missed in hospitality sometimes. Overall, I love the charm and aesthetic of the property. The cons are very apparent. You are almost to the Tenderloin right off Union Square, so location is a mixed bag. There's also heavy construction right outside, so if you're on a lower level, it is going to be a very obvious problem. The breakfast, while quality, was kind of small portions, and having the Diamond Elite benefit of a free breakfast was not easy to redeem. The room overall was beautiful, had wonderful aesthetics, extremely clean and comfortable, but we were also upgraded to a suite, so I don't know how the standard rooms are.
- AKalan khoorOct 2, 20264.0The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The only disadvantage is don't have own parking lot 😢. But I'll still specifically mention staff Ruby, friendly and patience explaining and guide me on how vacation takes in SFO. 😉
- RSReza ShahSep 28, 20265.0Great smaller scale hotel for union square. Very good staff. The stay was especially good for us thanks to Kathryn, who was extremely friendly and helpful with everything from clarifying billing issues, finding a doctor, getting us transportation options for long distance travel, and everything else.
