  This hotel is better than the Four Seasons. This hotel is better than Ritz Carlton. This hotel is better than Amanpulo and all the Aman Resorts. This hotel is luxurious and the security guard working here is fabulous. The security is like White House. Fabulous.

  This was my first visit to the US, so I don’t really have anything to compare the hotel standard to, but overall I was very happy with my stay. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing, with easy access to different parts of the city. There’s also a cable car stop right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel also has a small gym and a guest laundry, which are nice extras, especially for a longer trip. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily consider staying here again.

  Titel: Solide Sauberkeit, aber in die Jahre gekommen (max. 2 Sterne) Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eher durchwachsen. Während der Lobby-Bereich noch einen ganz guten Eindruck macht, sind die Zimmermöbel mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem blickte ich aus dem Fenster direkt auf ein Dach. Es gab aber auch positive Aspekte: Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad war – trotz einer spürbar zu niedrigen Decke – in Ordnung. Die Lage eignet sich ganz gut als Ausflugsort, allerdings schlägt das Parkhaus mit sehr hohen Kosten zu Buche. Wer hier bucht, sollte keine 3-Sterne-Standards erwarten. Das Hotel entspricht meiner Meinung nach eher soliden 2 Sternen.

  The hotel was clean, nice, and exactly what we needed. It’s perfect if you’re coming to explore and don’t feel the need to spend a lot of money on a fancy hotel when you’re going to be out most of the day anyway. The location was probably one of the best parts. It’s right in the middle of everything, which made getting around and sightseeing really convenient. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Nothing super fancy, but honestly, we didn’t need it to be. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location without paying for all the extras, this is a great option. I would definitely stay here again!

  From Toronto we flew, my son and me, To spend a few days by the San Francisco sea. The Holiday Inn was our place to stay, And overall, four stars is what I’d say. The location was good, I’ll give it its due, Most spots we wanted were twenty minutes or few. Getting around wasn’t really a pain, But outside the hotel was a different terrain. Homelessness sadly was everywhere near, And the drug problem there was impossible not to fear. Travelling with a child made it harder to ignore, It’s something families should know before walking out the door. The service was okay, nothing too grand, It did the job, but didn’t quite stand. Most of the staff looked tired and blue, Not many smiles as we were passing through. But one lovely lady serving the coffee each day, Had a smile and a kindness that went a long way. Friendly and pleasant, she stood above the rest, Sometimes one warm person can leave the best impression of a guest. So four stars it gets — a decent stay, Good location for exploring throughout the day. Improve the warmth and the area outside, And this Holiday Inn could be an even better ride.
