  We had a really great stay here. The hotel is in a great location, close to Fisherman’s Wharf and within easy reach of a lot of things to see and do. Derek was especially helpful with our room and took the time to explain things to do around Fisherman’s Wharf and give us some good recommendations. Chris, Jeff, and Cleo were also really helpful throughout our stay, helping us get situated, answering questions, and making sure we had what we needed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the service really stood out. Derek, Chris, Jeff, and Cleo all helped make our stay easier and more enjoyable, and they are a big part of why we would gladly stay here again and recommend the hotel to others. Really appreciated the great service from the whole team.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! Derek, Cleo, and Chris were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, and their excellent customer service really stood out. We truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. It was a prime location, free breakfast (ok breakfast), and convenient. Thank you for making our stay such a great experience, we would definitely stay here again!

  A hotel very well located for the coastal tourist area, though a bit removed from the city center. The included breakfast was appreciated, but there was little variety and very limited space for the number of guests, regardless of what time you went to eat. The staff were very friendly, especially the front desk and housekeeping teams.

  This hotel is just excellent, location, room, breakfast, front desk staff, parking accessibility. Everything is just excellent. We were here for 2 nights. And we had a very excellent experience. I was coming from Fresno, and I was reaching early at 12 pm , than my check in time 2 pm. The hotel staff was so accommodating, and provide me room with early check in. No additional cost. The parking is dollar 65 plus tax. But believe me, it's so competitive, in compared to around area, hotels and the parking is valet. With very nice valet service people, you can go in and out as many time as you wanna use ur car. Overall experience was so great. One thing that I have noticed is this hotel do room service every day which I haven't seen any hotel do now a days. Hotel room service staff, which was excellent. I would highly recommeded this hotel for families visiting San francisco.

  Joli hôtel très bien placé : proche de pier 39, des navettes pour visiter la prison d’Alcatraz, et des transports en communs. Chambre bien agencée (nous avions une chambre pour 4 personnes), literie confortable , réfrigérateur, climatisation… tout le confort nécessaire est là ! Chambre propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Mais les chambres sont très mal isolées, c’est pour cela que j’ai diminué la note. On entend les voisins et tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Le buffet est varié. Mais, car il y a un mais : c’est la cohue à l’heure du petit déjeuner. Beaucoup de monde ! Une queue interminable pour se faire les pancakes, il n’y a que 2 machines pour énormément de monde ! Et il n’y a pas assez de tables. J’ai lu plusieurs plaintes à ce sujets. Il faudrait que les responsables de l’hôtel se posent les bonnes questions et réaménagent la salle à manger avec d’autres tables, et une disposition à améliorer. Il y a du potentiel. Il y a un service pour faire laver son linge, mais j’aurais préféré que des machines à laver soient en libre service. (On nous a indiqué une laverie à environ 200 mètres. Ce n’est pas très loin, certes, mais c’est beaucoup moins pratique, et ça oblige à rester sur place). Le personnel est efficace et professionnel. Merci à tous.
