  It was around 11 pm but someone needed salt to make saline water due to illness and reception desk refused to provide it or get it claiming everything including their kitchen was closed—meanwhile they have a full breakfast in the mornings. Yes the kitchen may be closed to provide food but I can’t imagine they couldn’t access a little salt for someone who needs help. Just a small act of kindness. Was hoping they’d be considerate of the circumstances.

  Valet service attendant was great and offered to get us a luggage cart. Front desk personal was friendly and polite. Our kingside room had plenty of room, large setting area, and large bathroom. Breakfast area was very clean, plenty of tables and the breakfast was fresh. The coffee was fresh. The breakfast staffs were friendly. Great location to fisherman wrath, very walk able. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to my family and friends

  Hola, nuestra primera impresión fue Mala ya que nos dio la Bienvenida Érica recepcionista mechones azul, al entrar al hotel lo primero que nos dijo fue No hablo español con un tono fuerte y tajante e intimidante, iba con mis hijas evité hacer cualquier comentario deben de darle un curso de atención al cliente. todos los demás un servicio de 10 aunque no hablarán español siempre fueron amables,Estuvimos del 9 al 13 de mayo excelente ubicación a solo 2 cuadras de la Marina, habitaciones limpias desayuno completo,

  I've stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses and this one blew my mind. It felt like a 4-star hotel for an extremely good value. Our room (404) was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable (we're picky - we sleep on a Tempurpedic at home) and the linens were soft. Dove Moisturizing products (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash) were provided, which felt like a higher-end touch than I'm used to at these kinds of hotels. We were at the end of a hall and it was pretty quiet. Our view wasn't great, but we don't spend much time in our hotel room while on vacation. Breakfast buffet was standard "Holiday Inn Express" fare but had minor elevated touches: Oikos Greek Yogurt and cheesey premade omelets. There wasn't much fresh fruit on offer, but otherwise was a decent and free start to our mornings. Every member of staff (front desk / housekeeping) we interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond to help. Good walkability to classic tourist things.

  Had a nice couple of nights at the Holiday Inn Express at Fisherman's Wharf. Really can't beat the location if you're looking to stay in the Wharf. Big shout out to the staff who assisted us with a room issue quickly. They were very responsive and always happy to help with any questions. Happy to recommend them.
