  I was worn out from the convention activities at the hotel and desperately needed a proper unwind. A good friend highly recommended Lina (Her Telegram : @Linamei2), describing her as incredibly sweet and a truly exceptional Nuru masseuse who provides full service (FS). She exceeded all expectations. Everything is handled with beautiful discretion. After texting Lina, she kindly explained the services. I completed the upfront payment for the 2-hour session (She said it’s strictly by appointment which my friend confirmed ) and i received my private reservation code right away with clear directions. She is very firm about following the correct process, ensuring everything stays elegant and professional. At the spa, my reservation code granted me instant, warm entry. I noticed another gentleman without a code being politely declined, which highlighted how carefully protected and exclusive this experience is. Lina’s gentle kindness wrapped me in comfort from the very beginning. Her mind-blowing full-service FSNURU combined therapeutic depth with sensual indulgence. Her skilled HJ and BJ built up to an unforgettable happy ending (HE) that left me in total bliss and satisfaction. I booked multiple visits during my stay. Lina is sweet, talented, and world-class.   Celebrated our anniversary here and had a flawless experience. The entire staff was professional and welcoming. Huge thanks to Anton at the restaurant for the wonderful hospitality and great conversation. We can't wait to return!

  After a disappointing experience at another property where a strong musty, moldy odor immediately triggered chronic migraines and allergies for both my son and me, we quickly booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Embarcadero through Amex Platinum—and what a difference. Without even asking, we were upgraded to two spectacular rooms on the 44th floor with breathtaking views of San Francisco. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully appointed, and smelled fresh and inviting. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, creating a truly comfortable and luxurious stay. The beds were exceptional, and as someone who loves feather pillows, I can honestly say I had the best night's sleep of our entire trip. Every request was handled flawlessly, from breakfast service with our wonderful waiter Alex to drinks at the bar and attentive housekeeping. The Four Seasons Embarcadero turned a stressful situation into an unforgettable stay. On future trips to San Francisco, this will be the only hotel we consider.

  Hotel muy bien situado en San Francisco, aunque depende de qué es lo que quieras hacer. Está situado en el centro financiero, a unos 20 minutos andando al famoso pier 39. También tiene cerca restaurantes y paradas de los antiguos tranvías. El servicio siempre amigable y dispuesto a hacer la estancia más agradable. Las vistas desde la habitación son excelentes. A nosotros nos pusieron en una que también se veía el oakland Bridge, espectacular al amanecer y anochecer. Tiene un buen restaurante

  Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the front door, we felt genuinely welcomed and at home. We were in San Francisco while I competed in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and having such a welcoming place to return to before and after the event made all the difference. The team consistently went above and beyond, demonstrating not only professionalism but also a remarkable generosity of spirit. Small details were noticed, needs were anticipated, and every member of the staff made us feel valued and cared for. What stood out most was that this experience was not limited to a few individuals—it was reflected across the entire hotel. From the front desk and concierge team to room service, housekeeping, and everyone we encountered throughout our stay, each person was equally gracious, friendly, and committed to creating an outstanding guest experience. In a world where true hospitality can sometimes feel rare, the team at the Four Seasons Embarcadero exemplifies it beautifully. Their warmth, authenticity, and dedication transformed what would have been a wonderful trip into a truly memorable one. We have been fortunate to stay at many outstanding hotels around the world and this has become one of our favorite hotel experiences anywhere. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning the next time we find ourselves in San Francisco.
