  Incredible hotel and service. This is our go-to hotel in SF. The staffs are extremely friendly and pets are welcome. Our dog is so spoiled in this location. I never seen my dog is as happy at a hotel as he is at the four seasons SF at Embarcadero. Definitely recommend 100% if you have a fluffy family member traveling with you or for any occasion

  Sono amante della catena Four Seasons perchè offrono hotel e servizi di livello elevatissimo. Devo purtroppo constatare, con dispiacere, che il Four Seasons Embarcadero di San Francisco non è a livello degli altri hotel della stessa catena. Sono arrivato in hotel alle 15.30, ho chiesto un upgrade della stanza che mi è stato offerto solo a pagamento nonostante la convenzione con Amex Platinum. Ho optato per rimanere nella stanza che mi era stata originariamente assegnata ma mi è stato riferito che non era ancora pronta e che sarebbero stati necessari altri 20 minuti. Questo non corrisponde agli accordi contrattuali: la stanza dev’essere pronta per le 15. Per risolvere il problema mi hanno cambiato stanza spostandomi dal 42’ al 38’ piano. La stanza, che doveva essere con due letti matrimoniali, in realtá aveva due letti da una piazza e mezza. Eravamo due adulti e due bambini, quindi impossibile dormire in due adulti in un unico letto: inevitabile dormire un adulto con un bambino per ogni letto. Inoltre all’interno della stanza troviamo un mobile sbeccato, e rifiniture del bagno non degne di un 5*Lusso. Per oscurare i vetri durante la notte bisogna tirare giù le tende con la catenella! I bocchettoni dell’aria condizionata non vengono puliti da molto tempo e per una persona allergica alla polvere come me è piuttosto fastidioso. Parliamo della tv. I canali per i bambini sono solo a pagamento con episodi di Nickelodeon della durata di 24 minuti visibili solo al costo di circa 20$ a singolo episodio! In più è impossibile connettere un telefono non android al televisore per vedere Youtube o Netflix. Il televisore è esattamente della stessa marca che ho in casa ed al quale mi connetto con i dispositivi Apple. Non mi era mai capitato niente del genere... Servizio in camera: nostra figlia non sta bene e ordiniamo un piatto di rigatoni in bianco e un piatto di rigatoni al sugo. L’ordine viene telefonicamente ripetuto e confermato. Ci arriva un piatto di tagliatelle all’uovo al posto dei rigatoni in bianco. L’errore è comprensibile ma non quando si pagano 90$ per due semplici piatti di pasta. Il giorno dopo a pranzo la scena si ripete: viene ordinato un di rigatoni in bianco, l’ordine viene ripetuto. Dall’altra parte una persona quasi offesa risponde: “Ho capito!” Arriva un piatto di rigatoni al sugo anzichè in bianco. Spiace dover constatare di essere stati ospiti di un hotel che non è all’altezza dell’eccellenza della Four Seasons. La sensazione è che sia un hotel tutt’altro che kids friendly: non esiste un minimo di spazio a disposizione dei bambini. È un posto vivamente sconsigliabile per una famiglia in viaggio con bambini piccoli, per i quali l’unica attenzione è stata il regalo di un pupazzo di peluche all’arrivo.

  We had a fantastic stay at this property! Our room had views of both the bay bridge and the golden gate as well as the Transamerican building! Some of the best city views I’ve ever seen. The service was amazing. We had a slight issue with our AC one night and it was fixed within 10 minutes! We also organized a car to drive us to Muir Woods and Sausalito - had a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend, especially when they are having special deals on extra nights free!

  As a luxury travel advisor I have a high bar for 5-star accommodations. Simply put, the staff and facilities at Four Seasons Embarcadero exceeded every expectation that my wife and I could have. From the personal touches on arrival and check in to the intangibles like making us feel so welcome no matter where we were or who we interacted with. For example, the doorman noticed when my wife had finished her water and rushed up to her in order to grab the now empty cup and throw it away for her. It’s these little things that keep the Four Seasons at the top of the 5-star hotel hierarchy for us. We stayed in the 1-bedroom suite and felt as though we were in a castle in the sky. The views are unreal (that is if Karl the fog cooperates), the room finishings are top notch, and as mentioned earlier, the service is impeccable. Definitely check out the events/views from the observation deck on the 40th floor, yoga class and sunset drinks are both not to miss. Overall, we give it our highest recommendation.

  We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The location is outstanding, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, inviting, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The amenities were thoughtfully maintained, adding great value to the overall experience. Considering the quality of the accommodations, the prime location, and the level of comfort and service, we felt the hotel offered outstanding value for the price. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would not hesitate to stay here again and confidently recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel.
