  This was a great room at a pretty great price.Very spacious, even for just one person. I love that the sink and counter and mirror are not in the same room as the toilet.And shower. The bathroom is very spacious. Everything was well stocked. The coffee was Starbucks Coffee pods, which is good. But with those hotel motel Creamer, sugar packets, it wasn't that great. I had to use a lot of creamer because it was really strong. The breakfast was complimentary and you get to choose from 4 little menu items and it wasn't bad. It's not as big as some other continental breakfast buffet places, but then this isn't really a buffet. You just sell the chef, which breakfast number you want, and then they prepare it for you and stamp your card. And then they have a few little wrapped pastries and toast and bagels and fruit and a juice machine.And coffee machine. I think best western plus hotels have a little bit more of an upgraded breakfast plan.So not a fan of the coffee in the room.. lots of outlets all over the room. That was nice . There was a couch a coffee table and a chair on the other side of the bed with a little wall mantle thing to hold other stuff that you may have pretty awesome and spacious.. if I ever come back to San Dimas, i'm staying here again..

  Horrible. Worst hotel ever. It’s 103 degrees outside. Our AC was broken and not cooling at all. It felt better outside than it did in the room. I asked them to fix it or send me to another room. They told me there is nothing they can and for me to check out. They were so absolutely rude about it.

  Deferred maintenance at its finest. This is a dated hotel, but it's obvious it's not being properly maintained. Where to start... Customer Service: The staff was friendly, but slow to respond to requests. It took an hour to get towels by the pool and the evening front guest attendant was wearing Jeans and a Mustang t-shirt, I wasn't even sure he worked there at first. Room: The room was dated, but some what clean. There was a large crack in the bathroom sink, a large brown stain on the carpet by the mini fridge and round greasy stain on the couch where it looks like someone left their head. It's clear whoever does the maintenance for this location is either very overwhelmed or slacking. There was multiple areas of caulking missing or moldy, mold and mildew was in the corner of the bathroom walls, paint was chipped, and the bathroom drain didn't work. As for comfort, the pillows were the absolute worst! They were tiny square pillows instead of rectangular pillows. They had stuffed the pillow into a standard size pillow case, very cheap. Grounds: The pool has an area on the pool deck where the concrete has fallen off which is a substantial risk for someone cutting their foot. The trees haven't been properly pruned and are fruiting and dropping fruit all over the ground and rotting, in which people are stepping in and getting all over the patio space. There was garbage around the pool area and there is a homeless cat sleeping on the pool furniture. Overall: This is a dilapidated motel that isn't being properly maintained. Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to.

  Terrible, outdated, dark room. My family couldn't spend a minute there, it has an extremely depressing, old vibe. Now I'm trying to get my refund, but the hotel management is not available, and booking.com is not helpful either, so I guess it's my loss.

  I was really impressed with this Best Western location! It was clean, my room was giant, and the staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Didn’t get to check out the pool this time, but it looked nice! Thank you for a smooth, comfortable, and affordable experience!
