  Nice hotel the staff were super friendly and valet was awesome. We did have to pay for parking. Rooms were nice and clean it was great. My kids enjoyed the TV and we enjoyed the coffee in the lobby

  I had to leave one night earlier than my pre-booked reservation because of a family emergency. I was told that my account would be amended to reflect the fact that I had stayed one night less. I still was charged for that night and three weeks later it has been impossible to get in touch with the general manager who I was told is the only person who could rectify this issue. Staff has now started hanging up on me rather than helping me find a resolution.

  This hotel is a SCAM! They have taken money out of our account after our stay after an additional $800+ spent on just the room alone. I saw a total of 3 staff the entire time. No room service. We had to switch rooms because our lights went out. Our shower ran out of hot water! I have never experienced such bad service. There was one man that made it slightly enjoyable. They said they was give us $50 off for each day of our stay but did not follow through. I will be taking action to get this place shut down. It’s unsuitable and is not what is advertised!

  Every time I come to San Diego I ALWAYS stay at the Bristol. It’s a pleasure. Robert is always here at the front desk and I just love him. He’s great!!!! Erick the valet/bellman'sis fabbbbbbbb! 10/10 recommend !

  We were at the hotel from Friday April 25 through Monday April 27. My husband accidentally booked a King Accesible room. On Saturday morning I requested a change and without trying too hard I was told that the hotel was sold out. I know it was a lie. On Sunday after arriving at the hotel in late afternoon, our room wasn’t made up. When we asked the answer was that we didn’t request it. The reality was that no one asked us. The wifi was not reliable. We had been at the hotel in the past. This is the first time we had such a bad experience. We were very disappointed.
