  This was absolutely the worst experience ever and my first time experiencing a best Western and I will definitely not be coming back. I booked through Booking.com and the app as well as a representative. I spoke to on the phone, made sure that the system had noted our change, but after driving five hours when I got to the hotel, they just said that they had no room for us and sent us on our way. So after an hour of going back-and-forth with booking, I was just told that I have to book somewhere else. Every single time I spoke to the front desk they were so rude. The representative from booking also said that the front desk receptionist was so rude to her.

  Ubytovali jsme se na jednu noc, pokoj byl celkem čistý, vybavení odpovídá ceně. U snídaně nás překvapilo, že nemají chleba, ani pečivo, přesto že podávají vajíčka a masové produkty. Na dotaz o doplnění jsme dostali odpověď: Lidé chléb nejedi, tak ho nekupujeme. Já osobně bych si ho ráda dala.

  We booked this hotel for 2 nights in May. The woman was unfriendly at check in and my husband kindly asked for not a ground floor room. We ended up on the ground floor in the PET room even though we did NOT have a pet. It was small dingy and dirty to say the least. It was so bad in that we left after the first night even though we had prepaid for it. There was also someone else’s vehicle parked 3 feet from our door so we had difficulty getting our luggage in and out. We have never had such a bad experience at a hotel. Please don’t waste your money.

  Overall wonderful. Yea, the rooms are super simple, but we came for price, not luxury. The breakfast was honestly plentiful with waffles, eggs, yogurt, and more. Gina at the front desk was also super friendly. So yea, we got a great price and really enjoyed our stay.

  We booked our stay for 2 nights as the reviews seemed good. The room we got had black mold growing behind the bathroom door and the room smelled of mold and mildew. We got in late and tried to sleep to no avail The air conditioner wasn't working either so the room smelled even worse. We tried to sleep but couldn't so at 2 am went to our vehicle to try.to get some rest. Both of us have allergies so we were feeling very sick and nauseous at that point. After complaining to desk, we asked if we could be moved to another room or we would have to.book at another hotel. The desk clerk said he understood but didn't even offer another room so we had to book another hotel. MY advice Do NOTstay there!! Ahh, Love your feedback manager, but why did you refuse to reimburse us our money for the 2nd nite stay we paid for? We had to book another hotel that didn't stink!!!
