  I travel often, and this was probably the weirdest experience ever. Booked a room with two bed on Expedia. Got a confirmation for it. Get to the hotel, they upsell me to another room. No problem I did agree to it. However I clearly stated I needed two beds…. Get up to the room there is a single king bed with a pullout couch. At night … surprise no blankets or pillows for the pullout couch! Request them the next day….they do not bring them up. I go down the stairs… get serve with an undeserving attitude by the desk person. Then they charge a few of $39 per person per day that you supposedly are able to use at the bar….. Newsflash … The hostess says “🤷🏽‍♂️I don’t know what can of package you got..but you need to wait. We waited 30 minutes” while other people went and there were empty table … the hostess disappeared and never came back… So spend your money there at your own risk. I will not spend my money there again!

  Note the $70 valet before you book! And it takes 30 minutes to get your car in the morning. I showed up 30 minutes after checkin and was told “you’re late for checkin so your room isn’t ready yet.” Absolute mess of an operation. This place should be a last resort.

  I had such a wonderful experience at the rooftop restaurant at Hotel Indigo and especially want to recognize Felix and Mia for their impeccable service! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They were incredibly attentive throughout my visit—checking in regularly, making sure my water was filled, anticipating what I might need, and doing it all with such warmth and kindness. What stood out most was how genuine they both were. Their smiles, positive energy, and willingness to serve made it feel like they truly enjoy what they do—and that makes such a difference in the guest experience. Beautiful rooftop setting, wonderful hospitality, and exceptional service. Felix and Mia are outstanding ambassadors for Hotel Indigo and absolutely deserve to be recognized! Thank you both for making my evening so enjoyable. ⭐️

  Excellent place to stay! Beds were very comfortable, room was nicely setup and very comfortable as well. The view of Petco field was really fun especially with the night game going on while we were there. The staff was amazing, very very helpful and very attentive. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in the San Diego area.

  I recommend you do not stay here unless you want to continue to receive charges. I’ve been charged 3 times for a room that was paid for prior. Customer service does not help. And now they want me to dispute with the bank when they are the ones charging. And the hotel does not answer. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE. Also Andrew Baez is actually a real work of art deciding to be sexist and not speak to a woman (me) and had to go to the male guest.
