  Love this hotel. First time staying here. Upon checking out, I was craving coffee and their coffee station was already closed. Helena and Adam went out of their way and made sure my husband and I got a great cup of coffee. Helena assisted us with checking in and she was beyond amazing. Hospitality at this hotel is amazing. Recommended 10/10

  This is not our first time staying here but it will be the last. We found someone else’s breast milk in our hotel room refrigerator and we were going to let it go as an honest mistake made by housekeeping. But after the front desk bounced us around between managers and an outsourced customer service team for 2 hours we had to complain. The worst part of it all was that they blamed the housekeeping and the individual staff member responsible for cleaning the room and tried to offer us $40 for our family to eat in their restaurant! If the room isn’t clean then the kitchen probably isn’t either. No thanks! No costumer service was experienced except by the kindness and genuine apologies from housekeeping. We have a disabled teenager who requires high sanitation standards which should be upheld by the hotel as a whole, not one individual hard-working house- keeper.

  Phone lines not functioning so we could not reach front desk. Bed cover consists of a thin shell with sheets. Requested blankets which were promised immediately but waited over an hour and had to walk down to front desk to follow up due to phone lines not working. Location is good if attending event at Petco or downtown/marina generally. Shower was nice. Mocktails at rooftop bar over priced but views are good, friendly service.

  We come to San Diego every year to see the Chicago Cubs play the San Diego Padres. The hotel is close to the ballpark, to restaurants/bars and shopping. The hotel room was so nice and clean with a floor to ceiling window that was perfect for our dog to look out while we were gone. We did go up to the bar at the hotel and had a couple of cocktails that were excellent. The views were excellent and the couches and chairs were so comfortable. The staff was so nice and made sure we were happy with our drinks. The entire hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We will always stay at this hotel when we visit San Diego.

  Experience started out very poor with a manager cancelling my reservation on the day of arrival without trying to contact me with a reason as to why. Turns out they had an expired credit card on file which could have easily been rectified if I had been called or emailed. If they were sold out or anything I could have been without a room and no options for my family. Thankfully, I contacted the front desk and a gentleman by the name of Skylar had answered, he assured me that getting my reservation reinstated would be no issue. Skylar was the reason that this stay was so wonderful, he’s so attentive, wonderful and genuinely caring, no to mention he works his behind off for this property. The hotel itself is nice, a little dated and could use a facelift (compared to other indigo properties) but the location and front facing people who work here are such a joy. Big shoutout to Skylar for being a rockstar, being accommodating and such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you! You’re great 😊
