  Hagas lo que hagas, por favor mantente lejos de esta propiedad!!! Llevo dos días aquí y no hay servicio de televisión en la propiedad. El recepción dijo que están teniendo problemas con el proveedor, pero nada de esto se reveló antes de que reservara mi estancia. Para empeorar las cosas, está lloviendo muy fuerte en San Diego esta noche y estoy atrapado en la habitación y ni siquiera puedo ver las noticias. Todo lo que la gerente aquí tiene que decir actualmente es que lo siente y absolutamente no se ha ofrecido ninguna resolución. Esta ha sido una mala experiencia en general, y todo se debe a que elegí quedarme en esta propiedad.

  Whatever you do, please stay away from this property!!! I’ve been here two days and there is no tv service on the property. The front desk said they are having provider issues, but none of this was disclosed prior to me booking my stay. To make matters worst, it’s raining very hard in San Diego tonight and I’m stuck in the room and is not even able to watch the news. All the manager here currently has to say is that she is sorry and absolutely no resolution has been offered. This has been a bad experience overall, and it’s all due to choosing to stay at this property.😠

  Muy vuen hotel, bien ubicado en el Gaslamp Quarter y con vista a Petco Park. Habitaciones cómodas y con buen aire acondicionado. Formé parte de un grupo grande por congreso y tuvimos algunos inconvenientes por el sistema de desayuno pero se solucionaron gracias al compromiso y la muy buena actitud de Sergio, el encargado del buffet. También nos ayudó con otros temas Nicklas en la recepción. En cambio el Borrego bar rooftop fue una mala experiencia quw detallo en otra opinión.

  4/5 rating for this hotel. We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo in the Gaslamp District! The location was a huge perk, literally just a few minutes from Petco Park and within about a 5-minute walk of tons of restaurants, bars, and attractions. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us! Our main complaint is the parking. There’s no hotel parking garage or lot, so you’re pretty much forced to pay the $70/night valet unless you want to park in a city garage several blocks away and lug all your luggage through downtown to get back to the hotel. For the price of the rooms, I wish this was made more obvious when booking. The valet system could also be more organized. Our vehicle was parked down the street, and during home games the wait can be lengthy. We weren’t notified where the vehicle was parked or given any updates on the wait time. Even a simple text notification would make a big difference. The valet area also gets very congested and blocks traffic. That said, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and aside from the parking situation, we really enjoyed our stay. The location and pet-friendly policy are definitely major perks!

  This was my first time in San Diego, and we were here for BMW Group training for 3 days. The beds are super comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms quite large. One thing I will say; in a country that runs on coffee, and being on the West Coast, the coffee in the rooms are really bland. I took 2 sips after a 16 hour day before, and very quickly decided to abandon it completely. The employees were awesome! I'd like to give a special shout out to Sergio who waited on the 24 of us for the 3 days. You are a total Rockstar, kind sir. You made our long days so convenient for us, and kept a close eye on our every need. That's a huge ask for a big group for breakfast and lunch, including mid-morning snacks and constantly restocking all the beverages.
