  Other then not getting a to go bag as promised the night before. And all other day holidays always comply. Jeffrey was insistent that he wasn’t gonna help us. There was about five of us that stood here last night, of course with the early start of work other than that everything else was good when I checked in the lady was so beautiful so nice and so bubbly sorry I didn’t get her name I checked in about 3 o’clock again thank you for your services. Just wish Jeffrey was a little nicer. I would’ve been able to accommodate us

  The room was sparkling clean, however it had a slight ammonia smell (possibly the cleaning products) Everything else was great. The check in process was good. The staff is very sweet. I noticed both when I checked into my hotel room and checked out of hotel room, the trash bag that was hanging on to the housekeeping carts blocked a large portion of the hallways. See the picture.

  Overall my experience was pleasant. The only issue I had was the tv would lock certain channels and the staff couldn’t unlock it. They said it was because of parental controls from previous guests but it wasn’t fair to guests who don’t have children that want to watch a movie. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel. Bed was very comfortable, Water got hot and that was exceptional.

  The rooms have such a strong chemical smell we got an instant headache as soon as we stepped in the room, so thinking it was just that room, we asked to switch rooms, which we did and the same thing in the next room. It smells like a kennel or vet after they clean with their strong chemicals .....it was overwhelming to say the least.

  I prepaid a reservation at this hotel and when I arrived at the property I made the assessment that I was not comfortable having my wife arrive at the property in the middle of the night. Without even checking-in, I cancelled my reservation at the front desk and requested a refund from the manager via email with the contact info provided by the front desk. The manager said they reviewed video of the lobby on my arrival and that I was wrong to feel uncomfortable so no refund based on their cancellation policy (gotcha!). This attitude is entirely contrary to the foundational principles of the hospitality industry; if a customer is uncomfortable or has security concerns before even checking-in then you refund them without question. You most certainly do not tell them they are wrong to feel that way. This is truly a miserable hotel in a miserable location with miserable management as numerous other poor reviews will attest. Fortunately there are actual hospitality-driven properties nearby that are deserving of your hard-earned money. If you are forced to stay here for some reason then definitely don't prepay unless you have been to the location and you are comfortable.
