  The room was okay overall, but there were a few maintenance issues, including missing tiles and a hole in the bathroom door. The staff was friendly, but the housekeeping service was very disappointing. I left some tips for housekeeping, and when I returned, the tips were gone, but the room had not actually been cleaned. The bed was not made, the trash was not taken out, and they only left some towels. The coffee was good, but breakfast was disappointing. They were constantly running short on food, especially eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Several times, the trays were empty so you had to wait 10 min for them to bring out more food. The location is really only convenient if you are using the Tijuana airport. Otherwise, I don't see any benefit to staying in this location. The parking lot also smelled like marijuana almost every time I was outside, which made the overall experience less pleasant.

  I know you are looking for a safe, comfortable, conveniently located hotel close to the CBX bridge. This is the best place. Especially convenient for foreigners making a border trip while sorting out their Mexican immigration status. The customer service was chefs kiss. Shout out to Ramona and Ferla or Perla (if I understood wrong.) Absolute gems of people, they made my booking with the hotel something memorable and built trust that I would 100% book again. I was looking for a comfortable, convenient and safe stay close to the CBX bridge and this was it. Amazing customer service, the nicest and friendly people to talk to even sorting out issues with the booking. They helped me out. 12 min uber away from the CBX border crossing. It’s super incredibly convenient location that you can’t beat. I will be booking again. This was everything it needed to be. Like, look no further. This is who you should be booking with absolute faith. In the age of airbnbs, this is why we book with hotels for that trust, convenience, and comfort and safety a airbnb doesn’t offer.   Very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn. The air conditioning in our room was not working, and despite contacting the front desk, we did not receive a proper response or timely assistance. There were no room-service staff available, and our concerns were handled poorly. The room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unresponsive staff made our stay extremely unpleasant. This experience was far below the standard expected from a Holiday Inn. Management needs to improve its housekeeping, maintenance, staffing, and customer service.

  I arrived at the hotel very early, Perla advised that it would be some time before rooms were available. I had some packages delivered in advance she got my deliveries , about 5 minutes later she came to where I was waiting in the lobby and said housekeeping will have your room ready in about 30 minutes. Above and beyond customer service Perla went the extra mile without being asked!!!!

  My family and I did not have a positive stay at this hotel. We had booked the hotel much in advance. The room we got had a very dirty and rusty toilet bowl (whole thing completely yellow and nasty). This is something we brought up to the staff and especially the manager immediately after checking in and they did not accommodate in any way or offer any type of support or room change even when we offered to pay the price of any possible upgrades. The staff told us we could come use the public bathroom downstairs and that the bathroom in the room was actually “deep cleaned”. The public restroom is not what we paid for. I have not left reviews on google, but this hotel and stay was not a good experience for me or my family.
