Bad place to stay, the customer service people are horrible, those people need customer service training, right next to the hotel is an other hotel which is a bad place, a lot of people do drugs and make a lot noise all night, a lot noise do not stay there, horrible people, horrible customer service they need a lot training. Too much money for place, not worth it.

One of the managers (Elizabeth) here was extremely rude to both me and my client on separate occasions. She does not have an amiable or hospitable personality. Will never stay here again or book for future clients. 10/10 do not recommend if you can avoid this place with all the stress it has caused. My client was told "do not call back about this issue" when asking why her deposit has not been refunded after 3 weeks of no credit, having only called once. This was the first time a client has specifically asked us not to return to a hotel. We are so disappointed. And before an owner reaches out, discuss with your managers on how to connect and communicate with their customers before discussing anything on the customer side, as apparently, you always have an excuse or justification for a bad review. Thanks!

I’m not sure why the reviews seem to be so bad, I had a hotel cancel on me last second and was able to book here with short notice. There was a $24 charge per night for parking…it’s close by to a lot of places in San Diego so I didn’t expect parking to be free in this economy anyways. It’s next to a lot of other hotels but the room was clean, staff was nice and it was a bed to sleep on and the area was nice, quiet and like I said before, close by to a lot. So really nothing to complain about, I’ll definitely be staying here for my next trip to San Diego.

This is one of the most disappointing stays I have ever had.
During check in, the woman at the front desk was immediately rude. I booked my stay with Apple Pay through their website and they charged my charged for my full stay in advance. When I arrived, I was told they don’t take Apple Pay and will need to charge my card again and they would refund me with 5-7 days.
There are signs blocking the covered awning in front of the hotel, they do not allow temporary parking for check in, or loading/unloading there, as you would expect from a typical hotel.
They do not disclose on the website they charge $24 to park in their “basement” garage if you have a car. They give you a poorly cut out sheet of paper to put on your dashboard. There is no elevator from the garage up into the hotel so you will need to walk up the exit ramp and around the building to enter. Don’t mind the barbed wire chain link fence blocking old musty furniture in the basement. If you’re going to charge $24 per car per night, at least use nicer paper if you don’t want to pay for brand letterhead, and print the brand logo in color. Maybe invest in a paper cutter as well. It is not the end of the world, but it screams careless, and speaks to a quality of the stay you’ll expect. Cheap, lazy, and careless of details.
Our room was dingy, and well worn with scratches and dents in most of the furniture. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the seals on the shower were yellow and gross looking. The toilet paper was not changed from the previous guest. When we told the desk about the bathroom door, they said they would send someone tomorrow afternoon. This would be after we checked out? That doesn’t solve the issue.
The water in the hot tub was murky and grey.
There was dried dog urine in the hallway tiles in the lobby, and our floor smelled like cigarettes.
0/10 this hotel is an insult to the brand.
