  Vanqie and Kylene were amazing about getting everything we needed from towels, toilet paper, and having a ride to and from the base in a timely manner. Nick, the driver was such a blessing he was very friendly, kind, and enjoyed our conversation back and forth to the hotel and base. He offered water and so very helpful with seabags. He made the experience the best part and I really thank him for all his help and for being a wonderful person!!

  Vengie, Kylene, and Nick were exceptional! We truly appreciate the wonderful service they provided during our visit to San Diego. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, and they made our experience even more enjoyable. We are very grateful for the hospitality they showed us and would gladly work with them again if we return to San Diego. Thank you, Vengie, Kylene, and Nick, for making our visit such a great experience!

  We had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Express Old Town! Kylene, Vangie and Nick were absolutely amazing. Nick was hilarious and made sure we got everywhere we needed to go, making the experience even more enjoyable! Housekeeping was outstanding, and our rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Breakfast was good, the food was fresh, and the service was amazing! Everyone throughout the entire establishment was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hospitality and customer service were truly top-notch from beginning to end. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back! Thank you all for going above and beyond to make our experience so memorable. You all are amazing, and we greatly appreciate everything! Nick was absolutely hilarious and amazing! A fun and energetic driver! Love the North Caroline Crew!

  We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express San Diego Airport–Old Town with our two-year-old daughter. Before arriving, I emailed a few toddler-related requests, and the team promptly replied and accommodated our needs. The airport shuttle was very convenient, too. Everyone welcomed us warmly, offering our daughter toys and sharing recommendations for San Diego. They also let us check in early, which made things much easier with a toddler. When we requested a different room, they quickly moved us to one that better suited our needs. A special thank-you to Art for his kindness and helpfulness. All the employees were consistently polite and happy to help. Breakfast was very fair, with a staff member keeping everything replenished and available. The hospitality made traveling with a toddler easier. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay again!

  I want to give special recognition to Uliysses, Adhraa , Ayad and Art at the front desk for providing one of the warmest and most sincere welcomes I have ever experienced at an IHG hotel. I have been an IHG member for many years and was a Diamond member for several years before becoming a Platinum member. Throughout all my stays, I can honestly say that no one has ever made me feel as genuinely welcomed and appreciated for my loyalty as Uliysses did. His acknowledgment of my Platinum status felt sincere and personal, rather than simply part of the check-in process. We were also very grateful to receive a room upgrade. Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Employees like Uliysses truly make a difference to loyal IHG members. His hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness are exactly what make guests feel valued and appreciated. I hope IHG recognizes him for the outstanding service he provides. This has been one of the most welcoming experiences I have ever had at any IHG property. Thank you, Uliysses, and thank you Holiday Inn Express for such a memorable stay. I truly hope there are more team members like him throughout IHG!
