Great service rooms are clean and design is simplistic . Love how close it was to fashion valley and other freeways balboa . I specially like the tropical feel it has . I recommend hospitality was great very attentive and food was good as well. I will book again .

Arrived exhausted from Travel. Front desk service was good, room needed to be changed, however Isaac was professional and helpful. Rooms are Ok. Not a luxury hotel, just a place to rest your head. The Cafe definitely stood out the best. Only wanted something comforting, and the Tortillas Soup was excellently light and refreshing. Gave the comfort of home, and ability to satisfy the hunger and settle in for the night.

When I checked in and arrived at my room, I discovered that the door would close but would not lock. I immediately notified the front desk, and they said they would send maintenance to take a look. After waiting 30 minutes with no one showing up, I had to contact the front desk again. They called maintenance a second time, and the maintenance person finally arrived and fixed the door. The door appeared to have been pried open at some point, which was concerning and made me question the room's security. On a positive note, the room was generally clean, although there were some cobwebs that could have been cleaned up. There was sketchy people outside the hotel with their doors open.

Good location and the beds were comfortable. We had roughly 60 ants in our shower that were coming through the drain and we had to keep turning the shower on to get rid of them. Also had ants all over the desk in the room. Outlet between the beds didn’t work either. At 6am, we were awoken by a super loud continuous noise when the adjoining room next to us turned their shower on - not sure what caused the noise but it persisted until the neighbors turned their shower off. Besides the outlet not working, loud noise, and the ant infestation, the hotel is in a good location but we would not recommend staying here.
