  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers deserve to know what we experienced. When we arrived, the room looked acceptable at first glance. However, once we started unpacking, we found long hairs on the bathroom floor, inside the bathtub, on the shower walls, and in several other areas of the room. The bathroom corners were visibly dirty, and it was obvious the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. I took multiple photos immediately. The overall condition of the property also felt neglected. The outdoor walkways were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the experience even more disappointing. I reported the issue, but I did not receive a resolution that reflected the condition of the room. Instead of enjoying our family trip, I spent time dealing with an issue that should have been prevented by basic housekeeping. After returning home, I was disappointed to discover many other guests had reported very similar cleanliness problems in recent reviews. That suggests this may not have been an isolated incident. I chose this hotel because I trusted the Best Western name and booked through Expedia after reading the listing. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic cleanliness expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and quality control.

  So we came here because the original place we booked had roaches and was gross. So this was a slight upgrade. The outside of the hotel is disgusting honestly but so is this whole area. But the property yeh I was questioning if we should stay or not. But it was just for a night. The room was big and obviously redone. I wouldn’t say it was so nice but it was fine. I wouldn’t stay more than one night though. The breakfast is questionable. The eggs were weird looking. Not much to choose from. The room for the breakfast is really small and cramped. For $400 a night absolutely would never pay that again. Not worth it.

  The hotel was just OK. EXTREMELY overpriced for a Best Western (like $300 a night). For that much money, you would expect friendlier staff, but that couldn’t be more wrong. The breakfast was pretty basic. Just basic cereal and bread and the “eggs” were just cold hard boiled eggs. On my last day, I had two different people come by and try to RUSH me out of the room. I was leaving anyway, but the way they were rushing me out made me feel unwelcome as a guest to begin with. Upon checkout, I complained to the front desk staff about it, both ladies at the front desk gave me the silent treatment, making me feel even MORE unwelcome as a guest. Maggie was the one who checked me out. I noticed that another reviewer before me had a problem with Maggie, so I’m glad I’m not the only one who had a problem with her because Maggie does not seem like she cares about her job. You’re in the hospitality business, Maggie. You know how hard it is to become a front desk clerk? You should consider yourself lucky! You could at least be friendly towards your guests!

  I was on a business trip, and the staff were super nice — they even let me use the cafeteria to do my work after I had already checked out. I really appreciated their kindness.

  It was okay, but I wouldn't choose it again. The room had a few issues that need attention. A few burn marks and the coffee maker was also previously melted. Another being a red stain on the bathroom floor. I would guess it was red nail polish and probably could be scrapped off if staff attended to it. We were only given 3 towels even though we were booked as 4. We requested new towels and no one showed within the 2 hours before we left for the day. Breakfast was listed online as 6 am but when we arrived, we were old it was 7 am (impacted our morning planning a bit). The variety was limited. The entire hotel itself is in need repair. The 3rd level pathway was very wavy and structurally impaired.
