  A decent hotel. We stayed for 6 nights on the first floor, in a room at the far end of the building. The breakfast was the same every day, but it was perfectly edible. Nothing exciting, but it did the job. There is a pool, although we didn't use it. The Wi-Fi was just okay and could definitely be better. Also, the refrigerator doesn't have a freezer compartment, which was a little inconvenient. The couch at the front desk definitely needs some attention-it could either use a good cleaning or maybe a new cover from Temu. Overall, the hotel was clean and quiet, and our stay was fine. Nothing fancy, but decent for a longer stay

  The hotel itself was not bad, however our car was damaged in the parking lot overnight. I contacted the hotel about possibly finding out what happened from the security cameras. After three phone calls asking about it and getting nowhere, we were finally told to email the manager directly. I did this twice and never got a response, this a full three months after our visit. Apparently once they get your money it’s like you never existed for them.

  Nice clean rooms. Has tv but need to cast from your phone to watch on tv. Breakfast is continental; scrambled eggs and sausage links for protein. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is parking, gives appearance of not enough spaces for rooms.

  From stains on the bedding sheets, to having to ask for towels that were not provided from the start from someone who appeared annoyed at the request, to the cherry on top — finding a cockroach on the shower curtain right before taking a shower… my experience here was regretful. I will never book a room at this hotel again.

  I’ve stayed with Best Western in the past, so I was genuinely disappointed by my recent experience. I wasn't a current guest at the time, but I found myself in need of a very small favor from the front desk. I approached the staff politely and respectfully, expecting at least a little compassion. Instead, I was immediately turned away and made to feel like I was an inconvenience. The interaction left me feeling abandoned, stressed, and upset. This experience made me wonder what Best Western's policy is when someone nearby genuinely needs a small act of assistance but isn't currently checked in. Is kindness and basic human decency reserved only for paying guests? What if someone is in a difficult situation and simply needs a little help? I'm not dangerous, disruptive, or looking for a handout. I was simply a woman asking for a small favor. As someone who has been a customer before, I expected better treatment. Customer service isn't just about how you treat paying guests—it's also about how you treat people in general. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of the hospitality I expected from Best Western. I hope management addresses kindness with their staff and reminds them that a little bit can go a long way.
