  "A 10-Star Plus Haven in Old Town!" He always surprises me, but taking me here for my birthday was the absolute pinnacle! The Best Western Hacienda in Old Town is hands-down the most breathtaking place you could ever experience. From the sweeping, clear views where you can literally sit back and watch the SeaWorld fireworks, to the peaceful, serene hacienda ambiance, every single moment felt like magic. They have thought of everything: gorgeous rooms, a heart-shaped pool, a fantastic wellness spa, a great gym, and a full breakfast that is just top-tier. Even pets are welcomed with open arms! You're just steps away from walking through Old Town, but staying here feels like your own private paradise—my true golden Himalayas. Above all, the staff/ family —Emma, Ricardo, Alejandro, and everyone there —are absolute heart, pure corazon. They all wrap you in warmth and treat you like family. Thank you BW Hacienda family/ team. I will say this, it was definitely a very special birthday with a very special friend. He surprised me staying in an amazing place. Do not miss out on this five-star plus resort! 🌞🤩🌺

  Please don't ask me to tell about my experience anywhere the moment I complete the address directions. The email will get lost and buried by the hundreds and hundreds of other emails I have to waste my actual living life on just to be able to delete them. This timing is a vary bad bug. Fix it.

  Stayed in this hotel as part of a company trip for 10 days. This hotel needs a serious face lift. Our room all though it was cleanish needed a serious deep cleaning. Especially the carpets. We spilled some water on the floor and used a hand towel to dry it and the towel was black from the carpet. The hand railings around the 800 building are in need of serious repair. The termite damage in several places around the buildings is so severe that they are literally falling apart and loose. The railings are a serious hazard one person leaning on them and they will all come apart in several areas with a 3 story fall. Bugs are a problem. We didnt see them in our room but others in our group did. One of our people mentioned that they had tons of silver fish. Roaches are a problem . Saw several large ones on the property and sitting in the hot tub roaches would crawl in and out of the cracks surrounding the pool and spa area. The location isnt bad being in old town but that creates several problems on its own. The hotel does have a garage but we have a larger truck that wouldnt fit in the normal garage so we had to park in one designated small garage. On a friday night in old town this can be very frustrating since that garage is open to the public. I drove around for almost an hour looking for a spot. The hotel staff for the most part are all very friendly and helpful. Except for the man that takes care of the pool he is pretty rude actually. The last thing which is the bad part really is the hotel is not closed off to the public world. The homeless in the old town area will come in and out of the property. We had an experience where one guy was actually following us around secretly. Hiding behind objects to just stay out of sight. Created a very un easy and unsafe feeling for my wife. Also they homeless like to relief them selves in the parking garages so lovely smell. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until they clean themselves up

  DO stay here. DO NOT miss this place. Walk to everything in Old Town. Services and amenities are excellent. During our stay, restaurant was temporarily closed for a remodel, so if THEIR restaurant (Tequila Factory) is important to you, please consider this. This property is next door to many other restaurants!

  What an insufficient dump ! Hotel staff ailed to reopen to my request to check in early which I submitted 1 month earlier prior to check in. I reached out 3 times with NO response from them. Upon arrival I was NOT granted early check in. I was then chased $25.00 and given another room. The verbal directions were so sketchy that it took another 20 minutes to ind the room. Most of the staff do NOT speak English and were unable o support locating the room. Once in the room we noticed a stale odor, dust accumulation on closet door frames., dirty ironing board cover , and faulty cord on the iron.There was presence of a roach smell as if long term guess were living there for an extended period of time and very untidy. The wall unit air conditioners are super noisy and leak water outside the window. The hotel is open ground allowing stay people to wonder on-site. My credit cad was charged without my authorization after I checked out. Hotel is trash and based downtown amongst homeless drug users …….
