  La ubicación es excelente, solo 3 cuadras desde el embarcadero, muy cerca del balboa park. El hotel es bonito y esta limpio, eso sí ni una solo vez hicieron limpieza en 4 noches de hospedaje.

  The room was clean and very accommodating. The pool, snacks and parking well maintained and easy to use. The location was great downtown and close to the activities we planned. The staff were very friendly and helped me to have a great stay.

  For the price, I expected more. Room was a little tight with 2 beds and all the required BW Plus furniture. No complimentary breakfast. No shuttle to airport or cruise port. Parking is $30 a day if you're driving.

  The area is safe and nice to walk around in. The staff were friendly. Room was clean. I enjoyed the amenities , spent time in the jacuzzi for a bit. Like that towels were available outside. Overall good experience. Would stay again.

  Nice hotel with generously sized rooms. We were happy with the cleanliness of the room. We stayed for 2 nights with two young kids after our cruise trip. Crib was provided free of charge at the request during check-in. Early check-in is available from 11am for $30 or from 1pm for $20. Room cleaning service available only on the request. If you need clean towels and anything, simply talk to the reception. The pool area is OK. Small gym is very functional with new equipment. No breakfast at the hotel, instead 10% discount provided for Piedra Santa restaurant. Or check out Egg Tuck just across the street!
