Im providing 5 stars 🌟 for mere fact that if you need an overnight stay on a budget, this place will be just that.. if youre looking for a more luxury feel, this is not the place but for safety, basic necessities and a clean environment- SureStay Plus got you.. Staff get 5 stars because my experience hasnt been anything less than positive; keep in mind the staff are human at the end of the day and will act accordingly to how they're treated, im sure...so with that.. be nice, and enjoy your stay!

I tried to get a room here and was unable to because the person I was with was on the "do not rent" list, I came back a week or so later to get a room by myself and all of a sudden they said I was on "the do not rent" list. And had no reason for me being on there and she wouldnt even help me figure out how to fix this. The woman is so rude her attitude is painted on her face with permanent marker, I used to go here often and she's never been accommodating or made me feel welcome. The only thing good about this place is there breakfast and best believe I show up in the morning as much as possible to eat that shit for free!

This is the first time I have ever had a horrible experience with any Best Wesyern Hotel. This Sure Stay is not safe it is not clean and we had to wait over an Hour in the parking lot before we could check in due to staff being off premises “on lunch break” at 8PM. There was unsafe things going on, looked like drug deals came in and out all evening. Prostitution was happening, I had a man try and approach me! Needless to say this was the first and will be the last I ever give this place my business.

I showed up for my reservation just to find out that they canceled it (no notice) because they said they tried to charge my card before I had even arrived and it declined. When I had explicitly called a couple days earlier and asked if I could pay in cash. The lady behind the desk who answered the phone told me yes! I was also told I wouldn't be charged till I arrive. She put it in the notes that I would be paying in cash. Do you know how Mad I was when I got there to find out that my reservation was canceled and they had no rooms available. Not a single one, I had called best western and they did absolutely no good. There was no way i was gonna be able to get a room anywhere else for the night close to the train station. The guy running the desk was nice enough to let me stay in the lobby for the night considering it was thier fault. I had even mentioned i would be coming from the aftershock festival to the person over the phone and made it a point to say I have no idea how traffic would be and that I may be arriving past 11 pm and was told that As long as im there before 2 am my reservation would still be there. I didnt get to shower, I didnt get to sleep and now im on the train headed home uncomfortable due to how dirty and gross I feel. They need to retrain whoever operates thier phone lines to make sure they provide proper information. I should have been able to get my reservation point blank simple!

This is an old property in a very unusual area. If you're local, you've been driving past it for years without knowing it was there. Nicely redone bedding and the bathroom was also new and nice.
