  We went to the front desk to book a room, they told us we could only book online so we went ahead and did so. After we paid for our rooms on the website, we went to check in. Only then did they tell us we have to pay 35 dollars for parking. Their parking was done in a public garage so after you parked you'd have to walk there. If we knew the parking was 35, we'd have book another hotel. Not only was parking expensive, it was also inconvenient. Their door closest to the garage was out of order so we had to go to the main entrance. We paid nearly 200 for our room. You'd expect water in the room but there was none, I had to take the elevator down and buy water. It was five dollars for one small bottle.

  It's not bad, could be better, slow shower drains and the toilet almost over flowed from my massive dump but luckily it flushed it self after about 10 mins with the water at the brim ... also the room lighting is weird no single main light switch to light up the whole room. We also got a ADA compliant room for a wheelchair and it was not bad, just a little awkward and the bathroom could use a few more grab handles. But otherwise it was barely ADA compliant... The breakfast was worth it, too bad its not complimentary... also they don't mention about paid parking from their website, that was an unexpected extra expense...

  Saturday check in staff were great! Sunday staff at check out were HORRENDOUS beyond belief. Rude, not helpful and then lied to customer service they had resolved a situation. I had a late check out. Put the do not disturb on the door and then at 11am the housekeeper knocks and is getting ready to enter the room - had I not have opened the door. Complained to front desk who said it had been ‘resolved’ with me - it had not! They lied to their corporate customer service. Their story was that the housekeeper knocked on a neighboring room, and there was confusion! This is a blatant lie as she was getting ready to enter and I showed her the do not disturb sign. And to top it off they had the audacity to say they had ‘resolved’ this with me! The only good thing about this hotel was the location! Customer service really needs some work as does the hotel itself.

  Great location, especially if you’re attending a concert or doing anything downtown. The entire property was very clean, including the room, pool, gym, and public areas, and I felt safe staying here. Handicap parking was free, which I really appreciated, and the gentleman working at night was especially friendly and welcoming. It can be a little noisy because of the nearby outdoor shopping/downtown area, and I was disappointed there was no bottled water in the room even though there’s a coffee maker. The morning front desk experience was also not quite as welcoming. Food and drinks are available, but expect downtown prices—I paid about $15 for a small bag of Tito’s and a bottle of water. Overall, I’d stay again for the cleanliness, safety, and fantastic location.

  On July 25, 2026, we arrived at this hotel around 10:00 PM after a very long and exhausting day. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. At the front desk, there was an older gentleman who appeared to be having a personal phone conversation. He asked us to wait. We understood that unexpected situations can happen, so we waited patiently. However, we ended up waiting for approximately 40 minutes while he continued his personal conversation. When we tried several times to politely approach him and explain that we were tired and simply wanted to check in, he dismissed us and waved us away as if we were bothering him. His attitude was extremely disrespectful and showed a complete lack of customer service. I was very disappointed by the way we were treated. Guests come to a hotel expecting to be welcomed and treated with basic respect, especially when they are paying customers. Unfortunately, the behavior of the front desk employee made us feel ignored and unvalued. This was a very unpleasant first impression of the hotel, and I hope management addresses this type of behavior to ensure future guests are treated with the respect they deserve.
