  At check in they tried to charge me significantly more then the rate I had secured when making the reservation. Luckily I had my confirmation email readily accessible. Our room was 1018. There was a hole in the wall, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, and, one of the wall outlets was noticeably very crooked, and the sink knob was leaking water every time it was ran. There was no welcome paper or binder explaining the amenities and how to access them. The tv was also VERY small. The staff did leave a very nice homemade anniversary gift with champagne and a charcuterie plate. That was very nice. The location was amazing for the event we were there for, but for the price paid you would think they would maintain their rooms much better. Even the shower head replacement was on the janky side.

  We had a premium King with Sofa bed room. With the sofa bed out there was very little room left. The rooms are, in general, quite small for the price. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, leading to a muggy smelly room. The breakfast was excellent, and I would recommend getting a breakfast rate instead of paying per person. Per person, the breakfast is quite expensive. Parking is much to high at $49/night. The breakfast staff was amazing, and super kind and attentive. The front desk staff was awesome.

  High rise hotel with I believe 16 or more floors and so conveniently located to arena and outdoor mall with many places to eat! And a movie theater also! Overall, I’d stay at this hotel again due to the many nearby amenities and convenience! Also the close proximity to the arena. You don’t have to drive anywhere, everything is right next to the hotel! Pros: Convenience Arena within 2 mins walking Great AC! Reasonable price Comfy beds and pillows Quiet rooms Restaurants in hotel (hours vary) ATM on site Safe location Outdoor mall right outside hotel Friendly staff Elegant front desk area & clean Elevators and stairs Cons: Older hotel with outdated furniture Old carpets Old ceiling Weird odor in hallways Can’t watch Netflix etc. no SMART TV You have to pay for parking

  We were in town to escort our nieces to the Rob Wave concert. Our two rooms weren't on the same floor and the hotel was pretty much sold out. Christopher was our guy that graciously handled the situation very professional. He was able to make some changes and got us upgraded rooms, without paying extra, next door to one another. Our hearts were so relieved, knowing our young nieces where close by. The concert was good, despite a small stampede. But having our hotel perfectly located and Christopher's help, made the stay so Wonderful. We'll definitely stay again and again.

  ★☆☆☆☆ A masterclass in rigid hotel procedures. Booked through Priceline for September 27, arrived, and was told I could not check in until 3 PM. I ended up purchasing another room at a higher rate. My wallet had been stolen, so I did not have the physical card I normally use. I did have another physical card. There was also a $50 incidental hold. Instead of flexibility or basic problem-solving, I got procedure after procedure apparently designed around what is easiest for the hotel rather than what helps the guest. I already had a reservation. My wallet had been stolen. I was trying to pay them. Somehow, they made that difficult. The rules win. The customer loses. One star, because zero is not an option. UPDATE: of course it gets worse. Chromecast was not working and when I demanded a credit for it manager Sunita got into a heated argument with me. This proves that the problem is not limited to just a few people but to the entire management of this shithole. INCREDIBLY IT GETS EVEN WORSE: I left my charger, asked for it back, was told there was nobody in housekeeping, asked to leave a message, said that was not their procedure. I demanded a callback from the manager. This just keeps getting better and better. Can't wait to see what's next.
