I will not be staying here again. It’s extremely noisy from the road traffic and you can hear everything through the walls. Had to wear earplugs to sleep. They don’t clean your rooms unless you specifically ask them to. The towels are like sandpaper. The floor carpet was dirty and had spots all over it. This place needs a major renovation. The room keys become demagnetized very easily, had to get new keys atleast 5 times. Overall was very disappointed with my stay here. The best thing about it was the breakfast, which is on point. The pool is fantastic. The staff is friendly, so I appreciate that. Please update this place soon. It’s in a great location so it’s a shame it’s not a better stay.

The service was great, The location was great. My poor rating is due to how much noise I heard inside my room when people would be walking down the hall way or would be walking and talking. I got woke up 3-4 times between the hours of 11:30PM-6:00AM due to noise in the hallway. I hope with the remodeling they have going on that issue will be resolved. If they fixed that issue I would stay here again.

This hotel has an inviting entrance and a sparking pool. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. The business center has an up to date printer and scanner that I really needed to close a deal! Breakfast was well presented. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and the bacon was crispy and flat! My room was clean and spacious. Even the halways smelled nice. Everything was in working order and the 24 hrs coffee station always had fresh hot coffee and well stocked condiments. I will recommend this location to my traveling colleagues!

Great location for where we néeded to be. They offer an airport shuttle van which was a welcome bonus. This saved us another rideshare expense. The van driver was very gracious and knowledgeable. "Jesse," needs a raise. The clerk at the front was very nice and assisted us very professionally. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of hot and cold food offerings. The coffee was hot, delicious and flowing all day. The facility is very clean and the pool (we did not use) looked sparkling clean and well kept. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in and out is the greater Sacramento area. It is located very close to the airport in a suburb called Natomas. Don't miss this opportunity to have a great night sleep and a very enjoyable morning meal.
