- THT Haas3 days ago3.0Hotel undergoing renovations. No laundry- but cooperative arrangements with other nearby hotels. Room phone kept blinking. Desk clerk said there was nothing they could do to stop it and told me to unplug it. Fridge and freezer was unplugged spilled water from freezer tray when I move unit to plug in. Room was nothing special. Coffee was available at all hours-that was good- the shuttle ran on time-that was good. Breakfast was very ordinary. Have been a priority club member for 25 years. The chain has not improved much at all in these years-sadly

She moved mountains to ensure we would have a good weekend during one of the busiest and hectic events in Sacramento! Donneka and her staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We recommend everyone stay at this branch of the Holiday Inn!

Maybe those people showed up unannounced without reservations. There is no excuse. Order more food. Now the rest of us just dont eat? Says included breakfast so if you okay with cereal and eggs, definitely book. Last time I stayed hot tub was down and they just had no.plans to fix it. For 200 per nite, I expect more.
