  Almost everyone working in the lobby was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I met several different staff members during my stay, and everyone made me feel at home. A special shoutout to Josh at the front desk—he was always friendly, helpful, and even pumped up the tires on one of the complimentary bikes for me when I asked. He also made extending my stay twice quick and easy. The hotel itself was beautiful, and I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. The bed was honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, and the room was the perfect size for one person. I would absolutely stay here again. One of my favorite amenities was the filtered water stations. When I travel, it's usually a hassle to find good drinking water, so having them available at the hotel was so convenient. I also loved that they offered complimentary bikes—that was actually one of the main reasons I booked here since I didn't have a car. The housekeeping staff was wonderful as well. Javanna was especially kind house keeper and provided excellent customer service. She was so accommodating and even let me borrow the vacuum to clean up my room. All of the house keepers were some of the nicest and helpful I’ve met at a hotel though in my opinion. Overall, this was an amazing stay, and the outstanding customer service from the staff made it even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

  We stopped at the Aiden Sacramento Downtown on our way to Disneyland, and Nicole at the front desk made our stay truly memorable. She was one of the nicest people we’ve met warm, genuine, and full of great advice on LA, Disneyland, Universal Studios, and the best route for our drive down. We took her recommendations and had a fantastic time! It felt like such a blessing to cross paths with her. Thank you, Nicole, for your kindness and hospitality you made our trip so much better!

  This amazing newly remodeled hotel conveniently was within walking distance of the Sacramento downtown Golden One Center where we attended the northern California Classic. The hotel was comfortable with beautiful amenities. All the staff members especially Josh were friendly and helpful. My girlfriend was extremely impressed with the hotel and she can be very picky when it comes to where we stay. I really enjoyed our stay and I think you will enjoy it as well.

  Aiden/Best Western was an excellent place to stay. The building has been recently remodeled and it’s beautiful both inside and out. The room seemed brand new, very clean, quiet, and with great amenities (the quantity of convenient charging ports was notable). It’s a 10 minute walk from the capitol. It was not more expensive than any other place I considered. If that wasn’t enough, there’s literally a well-rated coffee shop built into the first floor. And finally, Wendy at the front desk, besides being very professional and helpful, also gave me fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies! Woah!!
