  I came in town on business. I travel to Roseville three times a month, i stayed at this Best Western hotel. They, I have permitted residents here that are rude. I was cursed out by a permanent resident for sitting down outside of my door. For the price that I paid for this hotel. I would not expect this type of rude behavior whether it's by residents or by staff. I mean, if you're going to rent out the rooms by the week, then you need to let people know that. So they can determine whether or not they want to stay at a party hotel with tons of noise or whether or not they wanna go somewhere else. $150 for one night, I would expect a better environment. I would not have paid $60 for the night to have to deal with, I'm sure there are permanent. Residents have rules that they have to follow. When it comes to regular guests in the hotel. Yeah, it needs to be controlled better. My company books several people per month. That come in from out of town. And we will never book anybody at this hotel again, definitely not worth the price.. If you're going to have permanent residents, you should regulate them better. So they don't push away the out of town. Guess since? That's the main purpose for a hotel. Anyways. I will be sure that my company Never puts anybody up in this Best Western hotel ever again. So if you're looking for a place when you're traveling, stay far away from this hotel because you will not be able to come here. And relax, like most people like to do when they travel.

  Huge shout out to Jessica at the front desk. Every time I’m here the staff does a great job. Jessica always has amazing customer service, amazing personality and does her absolute best to accommodate us to the best of her ability. It’s people like that that make you come back again and again. Thank you Jessica. Stay amazing.

  Great rooms reasonable rates. Free breakfast was very good. It has a fridge and a microwave and great water pressure.
