  Have stayed at this hotel several times, but it's been 6 years since my last stay. While the room was clean and cool, there are several issues with the room that haven been repaired or replaced. The toilet runs constantly, the shower drain is clogged and the door jam doesn't fit, letting in a lot of heat a light.

  This place is really nice except the TV lighting was poor and volume on TV was not the stream apps were not that good except for what they have pre set the breakfast was decent amd the pool was really nice and clean the rooms were also very well cleaned

  I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, providing quick access to downtown Roseville and being close to the event venue we were attending. What really stood out, however, was the breakfast. It was far better than what you would typically expect from a hotel and honestly rivaled some local diners. The biscuits were fresh, the gravy was rich and flavorful, the scrambled eggs were light and fluffy, and the breakfast potatoes and sausage were cooked perfectly. Even the coffee was surprisingly good, which is something I rarely say about hotel breakfasts. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent location, and an outstanding breakfast makes this a place I would happily return to. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  The facilities and rooms are dated -- more specifically the furniture, TV, fridge etc is up to date but the building itself shows its age. That said, everything worked, everything was meticulously clean, the service was pleasant and conscientious. The pool likewise was clean, if nothing fancy, and plenty of kids were enjoying the afternoon heat. We would be happy to stay there again-- we come to Roseville for sports tournaments.

  Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing due to the hotel's failure to match its pictures with the actual rooms and grounds. The check-in process began poorly when I requested an extra blanket and was told to return for it later. However, when I did, employee Carole was hostile, almost arguing with me, claiming the hotel had no extra blankets despite the front desk's earlier assurance. Another employee apologized for the behavior and arranged for a blanket to be delivered. They explained that Carole often struggles with frustration towards customers. I was surprised by the poor customer service given my reasonable request. The following day, I experienced further issues with the tub not draining and was met with resistance when I called for room service and clean towels. Carole answered, informing me that room service was no longer available and that I should dispose of my trash myself. When I requested clean towels, I was told none were available and she hung up on me. Given the hotel's premium pricing, I expected better, especially considering the sports tournament that filled the hotel. The lack of preparation and poor service made for a very unpleasant stay, and I would NOT recommend this hotel.
