  This was the worst place to stay! First of all the room had an atrocious scent. And the bathroom had a scent of number 2. Any time I had to use the restroom I was about to puke! The service, not even close to good. Whenever we went for breakfast this person of color cleaner would always side eye me. And she would always praise these basketball players! When she saw me throw my cup away and the person behind me left his cup, she made me throw it away for him! Of course there were more situations but I’m not going to share. And the key card would never work, we got stuck outside at 2:30 am, because the key card wasn’t working! This was the worst place to stay and if you are staying here good luck!

  My Niece and I stayed 3 nights. We were not impressed. The staff was rude. 2 of the 3 acted like we were imposing on them when we needed assistance. The room smelled musty and the floors were not clean. Our white socks turned deep colored dirt walking across the floors. The refigerator didnt keep our food and drinks cold. The only good experience was the soft pad on the beds. This is a 1 or 2 star experience at best. Old and out dated room...

  Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. I love best Western but this particular location had too many issues. The breakfast buffet was great, room was clean and AC worked good, but our key cards stopped working halfway through the trip and my boyfriend got locked outside. On top of that, they were doing some kind of construction, and we walked out one of the side doors to go to our uber, and my boyfriend stepped and fell straight down into a muddy trench directly outside the door, bruising and scraping his leg as well as ruining an $150 pair of white shoes. There was no sign on the door, it wasn’t locked, and the trench was only covered with a board that didn’t cover the portion you would directly step on after immediately walking out there door. We came there expecting a relaxing and safe stay, not trap doors and broken key cards.

  If you’re planning on staying here during the summer time, don’t. The AC in our room was absolutely garbage. Talked to a few other guest here and they reported the same thing. Highly disappointed. Hard to sleep when the room is easily 80 plus degrees. It’s unfortunate because I typically like staying at best westerns.

  We had a great stay and wanted to especially recognize the breakfast staff. The breakfast selection was excellent, and despite the large morning rush from a volleyball tournament, the staff did an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly. They were quick to refill food items, clear and clean tables, and assist guests with a friendly attitude. Their efficiency and attentiveness made a busy breakfast service feel organized and enjoyable. Thank you to the team for their hard work and excellent service!
