  What a hidden gem. I stayed here for a week while visiting friends and family. The hotel is located behind a shopping area and movie theater, so you have to know it's there to find it. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. They have full size washer and dryers in the laundry room, a very good but simple breakfast selection, and a relaxing pool. I must say one of the best parts is something you don't see at very many hotels, if any.... Monday through Wednesday, they actually have a social hour in the dining area. This includes snacks, beer, and wine. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there anytime I'm in the area.

  Had a two week stay here. The locks had issues that made the keys expire within an hour. Which required at least three times a day getting new keys. Other guests never had this issues. We were offered to change rooms on check out day. I won’t get into housekeeping. Just make sure you make it clear twice or more that you need your room cleaned. We went to Tahoe for a few nights and while the hotel was being paid $150+ a night for a unoccupied room housekeeping never touched it. What a great business? To add insult to injury. I’ve been a diamond IHG member for years. Upon bringing up my concerns they offered 5,000 points compensation. Which has a value of nothing lol. Avoid this decrypted hotel at all costs. They had a chance to fix this and we were laughed at. Plenty of other options in the area. I’ve been loyal to IHG for years and this experience was an absolute insult to my hotel choices.

  Room was awesome front desk people were very helpful just didnt seek like the cleaning crew was very active when I left for the day amd came back but overall great and will be staying here anytime in in Roseville in the future!

  Thank you to the great staff and the beautiful ladies that helped me yesterday the 18th of march 2026. I can't thank you enough. Residence inn gave away my room without notifying me and I was left to figure out what to do next on my own. With no answers and google maps at my disposal I found this hidden gem the staff was great they made sure I accommodated and made me feel at home thank you ladies I will continue booking here until this project ends. You ladies are great.

  Staybridge Suites is a great place to stay. We've been here quite a few times and the location is a very good location. It's located next to restaurants and stores and easy access to the freeway. The rooms are clean and roomy and the rates are good.
