  Booked a business trip, first night room had dirty sheets with hairs under the blanket. AC smells like mildew. Second day, room door was left cracked open by cleaning service. (Security issue). Last night, my colleague reported valuable missing item from her room. Manager Chastity had us file documentation with pd and was dismissive about our concerns. Surprised this is an IHG property.

  This location was the worst spot ive ever stayed at... DONT RECCOMEND. Things were STOLEN from my room, horrible service, and DIRTY.

  The heavy foot steps and vibrations of the people in the rooms next to me kept me awake. Not a good nights sleep. Called front desk about it. But this continued late into the night.

  This hotel was a disappointment. Photos are deceiving. The folks who assisted with check-in and check-out were pleasant, but that doesn't make up for the fact that our room stunk of [dog] urine. I understand being pet-friendly, but this proved to me why higher-end hotels usually don't allow pets. Next time, I know to stay at non-pet friendly hotels. Although they kindly upgraded us to their biggest room (#101), it didn't make up for the urine or the wi-fi performing slow as molasses. The worst part of all - the beds. My kids and I could not sleep and in the words of Desi Arnaz as "Ricky Ricardo" in the episode titled "First Stop" when he, Lucy and the Mertzes were traveling to California, we couldn't "sleep in this hole". The beds sagged so bad!!!! They were canoe's. I have a poor back and folded all the blankets in a rectangle and used all the pillows and extra pillows and blankets in the closet in an attempt to make a thicker mattress and I still couldn't sleep. I ended up sleeping on the sofa because the cushions were firmer. However, when I removed the back cushions, I found a nasty mask someone left and it's probably still there. I should have complained upon entering, but I was super tired from an 11 hour drive and was too tired to move my kids and myself and our stuff to another room. The location is nice though surrounded by a bunch of restaurants that you can easily walk to. The only plus sides were: provide Dove soap products and provide laundry bags.

  We had such a wonderful stay here. We stayed in a one bedrooom unit and it was so clean and spacious. Loved the pool and the jacuzzi and the breakfast every morning and happy hour. The people working here were all very lovely, especially the lady we saw everyday at breakfast (I believe her name is Roselyn, we forgot to ask her but just asked the front desk as we were checking out) oh and there’s a free laundry room too!
