  Booked the room for the pool in the search, got there and the pool was closed. The heater, air conditioner wouldn't even power on, neither would the hairy dryer. Sketchy part of town also. Staff was friendly though.

  Siete sotto un autostrada nel mezzo ad uno scalo ferroviario ed infianco ad una raffineria. Camera oscene sporche lenzuola ed asciugamani sempre macchiati. La colazione è indescrivibile ovvero non c'è nulla.

  We've been staying at SureStay Plus by Best Western while our home in Point Richmond is being renovated, and it's been a pleasant experience overall. One of the biggest perks is the complimentary breakfast. It's a great way to start the day, with enough variety to keep us satisfied. The beds are also surprisingly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The hotel is close to the railroad tracks, so you will occasionally hear trains. Personally, I enjoy trains, so it didn't bother me at all, and the noise was very tolerable. The staff have been friendly, and the location has worked well for us while waiting to move into our new home. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay in the Point Richmond area, this is a solid choice.

  En realidad las habitaciones están bien de espacio el personal de limpieza fue muy amable,pero la que nos recibió en recepción fue un poco grosera,ya que solicitamos respetuosamente el cambio de la habitación porque el olor a cigarro era insoportable, cuando pregunté por su manager porque no quería darnos otra habitación,nos dijo que no había,pero ahí si nos la cambio,sin embargo el tubo de la regadera y el de bajar el agua del toilet estaban desprendidos, honestamente a sido uno de los peores hoteles que he visitado,lo rescatable es el personal de limpieza y que la habitación estaba cómoda

  Staff is really friendly, housekeeping has asked daily if we need service and provide fresh towels and take the garbage out. The black out shades have been so nice with my work schedule! They offer free breakfast, and then we pool seems to be used quite often. It’s a convenient location, right by the highway. That being said it’s a little noisy but the hotel offers ear plugs as a courtesy which is nice. I am traveling with young children and I have felt safe when my husband goes to work. I would definitely book again. Thank you!
