  The Rooms were great and clean. The Staff was Phenomenal! Every single front desk person was great and so pleasant. The Breakfast Attendant was soo phenomenal she was amazing she made you feel so welcomed every morning. The Housekeeping staff was amazing too. Everyone there should be recognized and celebrated cause they are amazing. Parking was great as well so convenient and close to so many things. My family and I will definitely be back cause of all the hotel staff there. Thank you for a great experience.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Brittany at Best Western! She is incredibly professional, but at the same time, she is understanding, patient, and genuinely seems to care about making sure guests are happy. What really impressed me is that she goes above and beyond to help while still following the company’s policies and procedures. That’s not always an easy balance, but Brittany handles it exceptionally well. She has a great attitude, a welcoming personality, and you can tell she truly cares about the experience she provides. Honestly, if Brittany isn’t already a manager or some kind of lead at this hotel, I would be very surprised. She has the kind of professionalism, communication skills, and customer-service mindset that you simply can’t train—that comes naturally. I really appreciate everything she did to help me and my family during our stay. Employees like Brittany are a huge asset to Best Western, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for the way she treats people. Thank you, Brittany! You made a difference for my family, and we truly appreciate you!

  Had to come here last minute due to some plumbing issues at our house , came here and was very happy about our stay , this place was very clean the staff were A1 , easy check in , the pool was beautiful and at very cool temperature , the rooms were clean and provided everything we needed . It was just all nice and cozy . In the morning had the complimentary breakfast buffet very good selection of choices very tasty nice and warm so thank you guys for providing wonderful services , will definitely be coming back here!
