  We got in very late,they took Wonderful care of us & feed us breakfast Just before it closed!!!

  I don’t usually leave reviews unless the experience is either exceptionally good or extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this stay was very frustrating and did not meet expectations at all. I had booked a room with two queen beds and confirmed the reservation twice by phone on the day of check-in. Despite this, we were given a room with only one bed and an accessible room instead. Even though we paid extra specifically for the reserved room type, we were not accommodated in any way. With no alternatives offered, my children had to sleep on the floor. When I spoke with the front desk, I was repeatedly told, “there’s nothing I can do,” and no solution was provided—not even a rollaway bed. Overall, not only did we not receive the room we paid for, but the lack of customer service made the situation even more disappointing. I would not go back as they should’ve the least refunded.

  We got a room here last minute for a quick pit stop on our way elsewhere. I was super impressed when we walked in, it smelled so good, and was super clean! I had no clue there was an onsite restaurant so that was a nice surprise however, we didn’t dine there cause we had plans already. I really appreciated the snack bar in the lobby since my boys are hungry all the time it was convenient for a post dinner snack. The room was clean and the pillows were SO comfy I wanted to take them home. ALEX! The front desk host who checked us in and had to deal with a whole lot of things that night. He was amazing. Kept cool under pressure. So friendly. So helpful. He’s the reason I’m even writing this review cause I need him to know he was the highlight of my stay. Anyway. It’s a great place for a quick stay!

  Not easy to get to rooms especially if you need things to be accessible for wheel chairs or strollers. You have to go all the way around the building after checking in because there are stairs to get to the area with rooms. There was a leak from the ceiling in the hallway that we had to walk through to get to our room.

  Was told when I first checked in that there wouldn't be any coffee, or breakfast like normal because the kitchen is going through renovations. Would have been nice to know that before making the reservations. Was just told halfway through my sray that coffee would be available, just no breakfast. I understand about needed updates. Just would have been nice to be forewarned.
