  Booked at this Holiday Inn months in advance for the Redding Half Ironman event weekend to make sure I had a confirmed room for the weekend. Experience was great, with zero issues. Check in was fast and easy despite arriving earlier than planned - a room was ready, and it was a quiet corner of the hotel as well! Entire weekend was smooth, the location and proximity to all events was fast and convenient. Plenty of parking so coming/going was no problem. Staff were all very friendly, and the hotel and city put on a great experience for all who traveled into town for the race weekend. Would highly recommend this location, and would definitely stay again

  I arrived at the Holiday Inn in Redding two hours before the start of a leadership course and needed a place to work on my business. Although I was not staying at the hotel, Kat at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me access the Wi-Fi and print several documents. The hotel also had a wonderful workspace with plenty of outlets, allowing me to plug in my computer and cell phone and comfortably get my work done. Kat’s customer service was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond, and I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn—and I especially want to recognize Kat for making my experience so wonderful!   Very bad experience staying at this hotel. Booked a Premium room which looked fine at first but has several issues - the toilet flush was constantly running and made loud sound which made it difficult to sleep at night. The bathroom sink was so small and it seems the countertop allowed water to flow outwards so even with slight usage the water dripped on to attached toilet paper rolls making them fully wet and unusable. Aside from all this, the worst of all was housekeeping service. I requested some coffee pods and cups at 8am in the morning and front desk mentioned that housekeeping will come and provide them. However after waiting for 1 hour no one came and when i called again, front desk mentioned that housekeeping was coming shortly. and they did not come ever. Tried to call again after one more hour and front desk stopped picking up my phone. Left the room without having coffee. When I returned in the evening I saw another surprise - the room has not been cleaned up at all, the trash bins were full. It seems housekeeping never came. Called the front desk again and they mentioned housekeeping had a busy day. So they couldn't come. And they were literally cleaning a nearby room when I left in the morning. After asking for my trash bins to be cleaned, the front desk person came in and tried to hand me some trash bags EXPECTING ME TO TAKE OUT THE TRASH!. Seriously!! A motel gives better service than this so called premium property. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I would have gone to a motel and have gotten better service than I got here by paying half of the money I spent on this booking.

  We got in very late,they took Wonderful care of us & feed us breakfast Just before it closed!!!
