  Stayed here for about $150 on a weekday. Good stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean, no bed bugs, car didn’t get broken into. My only complaint was there was a wait on breakfast. Not sure if it was a kitchen hiccup or there were just a lot of guests getting breakfast, but there was a wait to get food. Would probably stay here again for about the same price.

  I drive from Seattle to LA average 3x a year. I have always stayed here. For the last 3-4yrs. Recently I stayed here (7/2026) and the top they put me in had the dirtiest bathroom. There was hair everywhere and the garbage wasn’t changed. The pillow case was also gross. I asked to go to another room. The second room they put me in ALSO had garbage and hair + lipstick on the walls and in the shower. It’s truly a let down. The light switches and elevators switches are broken. 2 different staff members didn’t seem to be surprised at that I asked to change rooms. Both just nodded and said, “ya. Sorry” it was so strange. I’ll be driving thru again next month and will not be staying here any longer. Super disappointed at how run down this has become. :-(

  **DO NOT STAY HERE** there are two other hotels within 2-5 mins from this one. Conveniently located just off I5 north. We booked our room through American forces travel on our way home from Long Beach. The description and photos were great. We have stayed at more Holliday Inn than I would like to count as a travel ball family. I have never been to any hotel like this one. (CUSTOMER SERVICE) The staff, including the manager were awful. All of them seemed to be really high or hungover. (BREAKFAST ) They were annoyed that people asked if there was any food for breakfast, there was a few yogurts and some bread to choose from. The pancake maker was non Functional the crumbs that were in the food containers looked like it had been made at 6 and never replaced. (CLEANLINESS) our room was covered in black mold. I asked the manager and she said there are no fans in any of the rooms. The contractor they had working on the hotel decided to remove them and just let the ductwork do the job of a fan in and around the bathrooms. (POOL) the page online said pool and hot tub. The hot tub has been backfilled with concrete and the pool was cloudy and smelled terrible. Also it is about big enough for 5-8 people to wade in comfortably. There were no pool towels and we were told we could wait while they washed some. It wasn’t tell we asked if it was okay for our kids to walk through the hotel wet we were offered bath towels. The gentleman that was employed to assist us made it clear we were to bring the towels back before we went back to our room. We have stayed in some places that missed the mark in one way or another and we are good with that, things happen. BUT to fail on every level is hard to do, and somehow the management and their team managed to make it look easy. *DO NOT STAY HERE*

  The bathroom door sticks to where you feel like you’re almost stuck in the bathroom. The sink is outside of the bathroom. The closet door sort of sticks and makes a horrible squeaky sound when you open it. The outlets don’t all work well. One good point is that the beds were comfortable.

  This place was very nice! the bed was very comfortable, the tv was nice, the shower was spacious! they provided breakfast and it was good, i loved the potatoes! the wi-fi kept disconnecting, and the parking lot fills up very quick, but other than that it was great!
