- LLLaurieMay 4, 20262.0First, I made a survey review for the wrong hotel. Survey asked if they could contact me and I chose NO!! THEY CALLED ANYWAY!!!!!! When I realized my mistake I apologized and the man went on and on about how he was going to CRY!! WHAT?? After thinking about my stay at his location it dawned on me that room was horrible. My survey would have been even worse I'd I had known it was for that room.usty. Super smelly. Left all my stuff needing washed because of the stink. Bathroom fan not working very damp. Pool and hot tub on 1st floor makes everything wet. Pool room sweating like crazy dripping down the walls. Red stains on room carpet looked like blood...gross. Desk boy needs a toothbrush too!! Why did he call me when I chose NO on the survey.....I'm mad it sucked
