  MANNY, the front desk clerk needs to be removed. Cussed at and insulted me when I asked to speak to someone above him. Doesn't know hospitality, nor respect, nor basic simple manners.

  Hotel was nice but,left a day early because we couldn't enjoy the green hot tub and dirty pool.

  I try to stay with IHG property’s, though I have never been a fan of their beds! That said, I stayed in Cathedral City and I have to do a shout out to two of your employees. Arabella & Katya. I’m in a wheelchair and as my wife getting me out of the room we thought we had shut our door tight. We left to go shopping, the hotel called and it was Arabella asking if we’d had shut the door tight, well I thought we had. Their maintenance man noticed our door was not closed and let the girls know. When we got back to the hotel. The girls informed us they checked the cameras when we left and saw we did not shut it tigh, but that no one had entered the room up until the time the maintenance man had shut it. I feel all three people should should be recognized for swiftly fixing our mistake. My wife’s credit cards and money were in the room!! I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Every time I go to Palm Sorings they will have my business!!

  I had my period and got two blood drops on a duvet and towel. They charged me 50$ and then refused to give me the duvet cover . I take this as a personal hit towards woman and it is normal wear and tear. Local residents and woman do not support this place and the attitude of the staff is inappropriate and to me this is normal wear and tear. I could see if it was a huge stain or if they charged me for a dry cleaning bill. Another case of woman hating other woman.

  I had my period and got a few drops of blood on a towel and on a duvet they tried to charge me for the duvet cover 50$ and when I said let me have the blanket they said no we threw it out. I said that is normal wear and tear. Woman do not stay here, they are desperate to upcharge local residents and have an attitude while doing it. If you’re gonna charge me to replace something at least really replace it. I could see if it was a giant pool of blood but it was 4 little droplets and I cleaned the entire room putting towels and trash away for them. In room 133 there is a black mold spore in the shower on the seat and growing out of caulking. The room has a musty odor. My boyfriend is now having breathing problems for the safety of your staff you should throw some bleech on it. I was having breathing issues but we had already been in the room a couple of hours especially if any of your housekeepers are pregnant keep them out and check the room for more Black mold. It’s in the shower and it’s very obvious.
