  Best place ever very clean wonderful staff and the Breakfast was Amazing and Yummy😋! I will definitely be staying here again!

  Room smelt like smoke. The ac was off with temps in the 90s out side and the same or more inside. Reported it when I arrived at 11pm Monday, I showered in the morning and was disgusted with the shower drain not draining. This was at 5am I reported it to the staff that I would like to have another room. The response was we dont have amy and to return in the evening after work and if a room opened up then I could be offered that room. Yet if no room was available then at least i have a room. I checked out at that point and the lady said to keep the room since im scheduled to check out friday morning. I said no im ok with sleeping in my car and to check me out. Fortunately the holiday Inn next door had vacancies and I at a lower rate. So if your in porterville do not stay at the best western. Goto the holiday inn.

  My favorite resting hotel when I travel, very comfortable beds and clean restrooms. Alwayas Full breakfast but for some reason this time they didn't had bacon. But instead they had a nescafe machine with great variety of flavoe combinations . A 10/10

  Absolutely terrible service. Would not refund me for rooms they booked after misunderstanding what I was telling them. Would not honor a rate they agreed upon. Planned to stay here long term with our team, horrible service drove me away. Rooms were okay, but did see multiple dead cockroaches. Probably dodged a bullet by not staying here!

  We stayed here for my beautiful nieces wedding in Springville, I was very happy with everything at this location, the gentleman that checked us in was very welcoming and really provided excellent customer service and even gave us options! Everything was nice in the room and clean looking…The breakfast was amazing, plenty of options! Our favorite! Didn’t get to go by the pool.
