  Great location for Cannery row. Right in the mix of old and new. Walk to the aquarium and right next to the bike trail (which is awsome). Rooms are nice and service was great.

  I spent a week road-tripping the Pacific Coast Highway and stayed at a variety of resorts along the way — this one stands out as one of the best. From the location to the amenities, cleanliness, and service, everything was excellent. Definitely worth staying at and a must-try experience!

  I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite paying extra for a room upgrade, the accommodations were severely lacking. The room was extremely noisy, and it felt empty and unfinished—there was no deck and no table provided, just a bed and a nightstand with a basic stand for the TV. For an "upgraded" room, it felt like a poor value and was not at all what I expected based on the marketing.

  Overall a great place to stay in the central coast! We will be back! Restaurant is very convenient and fresh! We had a great time on the beach and pool. The downside to the pool is lots of kids. Not a very big pool so if the kids all come out, it’s kinda limited. Only half of the hot tubs worked. The adults one only half the jets worked. Overall a great stay and everyone we interacted with was great! The views are impeccable and I the sitting areas with fire pits were such a nice surprise.

  So this place is nice got A ocean view and balcony but when we got inside the A.C wasn't working we had to call twice! Then as we were leaving to go down to the beach we wanted to put our personal belongings in the safe and it was broken! They came and fixed it after we called twice! then we tried again still broken! we had to call them again lady had attitude and said will do our best to get someone down there we just ended up taking our stuff didnt want to because we were gonna walk the beach. Then I call front desk and i asked when the pool and jacuzzi closes she said pool closes at 9pm and jacuzzi at 11pm. So we get there at 8:50 to get only in the jacuzzi and they tell us there closed i told them the lady at the front desk said it closes at 11pm and he said no there is another jacuzzi but its on the other side of the hotel! She never mentioned there was 2 jacuzzi and could of specified that one closes at 9pm and other closes at 11pm! mind you this is out first time here so we were new to everything. So we walk over there and there was literally 10 people in there so we never got to get in it really sucked! The only thing good was the ocean view other then that it was A waste of $500 dollars! And to really top it off it was my birthday and me and my husbands anniversary! Worst experience/vacation ever even the staff are not so friendly and helpful will never come here again and I get it they don't care because they get business everyday left and right but I still wanted to get it off my chest I literally cried after.
