I did a delivery. Went to my car to check my other deliveries. Do the next delivery. On my way out. The hotel man asked, " Are you doing food delivery?" I said yes. He asked " did you delivered it already?" I said yes.. Then he said" I'm sorry I'm going to have ask you to leave ". 😬😬😬😬😬😬 Dude?! I was leaving already.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — A Timeless Experience, Elevated by Exceptional People
The Langham Huntington Pasadena is, without question, one of the most magnificent hotel experiences I have ever had the privilege of enjoying. From its breathtaking grounds to the impeccable attention to detail that defines every corner of this property, this is a place that simply transcends the ordinary.
However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was a young gentleman who embodies everything a world-class hospitality professional should be: Jimmy Patino Chico.
Jimmy's presence in the fitness center and spa area was nothing short of remarkable. He greeted every guest with a warmth and sincerity that felt genuinely personal — not rehearsed, not mechanical, but deeply human. His knowledge of the facilities was outstanding, his attentiveness was seamless, and his ability to anticipate needs before they were even expressed speaks to a level of care that is rare and truly precious.
What sets Jimmy apart is not simply his efficiency or his collaborative spirit — though both are exceptional — it is the special quality he brings to every interaction. He made me feel not like a guest, but like someone who truly mattered. That kind of connection is the soul of great hospitality, and Jimmy carries it effortlessly.
The Langham Huntington is fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. Jimmy Patino is, without a doubt, a gem of this property — and a young professional with an extraordinarily bright future ahead of him.
Thank you, Jimmy. You made the difference.

We had a fantastic 3 day weekend gateways here. The hotel is beautiful. Every staff we met there are nice and helpful. I’d like to express extra thanks to the valets drivers. They greeted us warmly at every drop off and pickup and let us feel welcomed at every encounter. The room amenities may not be top notch but the service certainly is.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I did get a ResortPass with a friend for the day. We loved the two different pools and the hot tub. My friend and I had a lot of fun exploring the grounds. The pool side staff was great, they kept a good lookout with us and treated us great!
The history of the building is amazing and it is so much fun to walk through the halls and explore the architecture and art throughout the resort.

My recent stay at the Langham was fantastic. You really do feel like all of the staff are there to make your stay easier. Starting with Ben at the front desk, he was professional and personable, and a great welcoming for our stay.
Elegant, effortless, comfortable, and hospitable is how I would summarize my stay, and I cannot wait to return.
