    Room was spacious,clean and the front desk was responsive .Break fast was the standard one but cinnamon roll were fresh and tasty

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! THIS PLACE IS A DUMPSTER FIRE. The beds are hard as rocks, hard towels, low water pressure. They will cancel your reservation, then when you arrive that night to check in, they will charge you $300 MORE to reinstate your reservation! There is no maintenance to fix problems. Smoke detectors are removed instead of repaired which is a code enforcement violation. Broken windows, peeling wallpaper. Customer service is lacking. Dont waster your time or money. Having IHG status means nothing either. Will never stay at this low budget, ghetto hotel ever again.

    Woke up this morning, and the power was off… Nobody came by to tell us what to do… We opened the door and the maids did not know that the power was off… They did not know what to do… Once we found the stairs and got down to the lobby. The people at the front desk could not be bothered to answer any questions with more than a one word sentence… Me: “ what happened?” Them: “ the power went out” Me: “well duh… why?” Them: “weather” keep in mind it was only raining, so there was no real reason. The weather should’ve shut off the power… Meanwhile, they couldn’t be bothered to let anybody know what the response plan was how they should handle themselves or even text anybody who was in the rooms… The front desk people just do not know how to communicate at all.

    Overall, the hotel is in a good location in Pasadena. Parking is awkward and difficult here. For whatever reason, people park like absolute savages in the parking lot and it's incredibly tight because people park one car over the line or in multiple spaces, and the spaces are small so it's very difficult to park here. We stayed in a suite and the TV didn't work in the bedroom area. The room was clean though. Not my favorite hotel, but it's not bad for a couple of nights and it's quiet.

    The front desk girl was very rude I dont know the name but we checked in on evening. She shouldnt be on front desk. But other agents on check out were good .
