- JHJ HernandezMar 15, 20261.0Upon getting to the room as I'm setting everything down I go to use the restroom, what do I see?? 2 small roaches. One making his way out and the other crawling up the shower. My pregnant wife managed to see this and forget about. Did I sleep? No.. I had to go find a market that is still open to buy some raid and disinfectant to kill any other roaches that might make their way in as well as clean the restroom . I basically paid the hotel so I could clean the restroom right. I had to exterminator as well.. the following day we had a conference meeting for work. Guess who doze off im the middle of a presentation due to lack of sleep caused by the hotel 2 roach buddies. My wife just kept waking me up telling me she thinks she saw another roach... Didn't bring up the issue while I was there to the hotel, Because I did t want to bother them and the cleaning ladies were gone already.

Particularly Eric, who took some steps to ensure that my stay was a positive one. Eric provided great service regarding an issue that was out of his control. And he still stepped up. Thank you to the hotel staff.
