  Very legitly good and nice place, clean, great internet, all stuff working smooth, proper lighting and beds, decent office chairs etc. [Microwave oven, coffee machine and TV in the room too]

  The room was worn down, housekeeping left our door open while we were gone, and items ended up missing from our room. Here are the details: When we arrived, we noticed the curtains were falling off the wall, the baseboard under the fridge was missing, and the furniture was worn. We requested a different room and were accommodated. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. We took and posted photos to document the conditions. On our second day (Friday), after being gone for several hours, WE RETURNED TO FIND OUR DOOR OPEN. This was clearly alarming. At check-in, we had specifically requested no housekeeping during our stay, yet housekeeping entered our room anyway. We checked the room to see if anything was missing and discovered that my pajamas, which had been hanging on the back of the bathroom door, were gone. I reported the incident to the front desk. The woman working there seemed unsure how to help. She checked the lost and found but did not locate my pajamas. I received no apology, and her response was underwhelming. She told me to email management. When I asked for a name and phone number, I was told to email them, and a name wasn’t necessary. I emailed management at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, informing them of our missing property and our room door being left open. On Saturday, I needed the iron. I filled it with water, and water spilled out from the bottom. It was clearly broken. I called the front desk and asked for a replacement. When we returned to our room on Saturday at about 9:00 p.m., I still had not received a response about our door being left open and my missing pajamas. I called the front desk to follow up. She stated that she assumed management had already contacted me. She then informed me there was a note on our account that I would be receiving a $30 credit. I explained that this resolution was unacceptable to me and that I wanted to speak with management directly. She said she would contact management. Around 10 p.m., she called my room phone to ask if I was available to speak with management, who planned to call me on my cell phone soon. I was in bed and had an early flight. I requested that the call take place at 8 a.m. the next day. She agreed. I never received a call at 8 a.m. Instead, I received an email stating it was the weekend and that a response would be more likely on Monday. I received a voicemail on Monday at about 1:15 pm from someone named Jorge. I returned the call at 2:16 and left a voicemail. By Wednesday, I had not received a call back. I left a voicemail again on Wednesday at 4:40 pm. I received an email on Saturday afternoon stating they would like to send me my PJs in the mail and compensate me $50. I responded right away that that was not acceptable to me. I asked to be compensated $150 or the equivalent of one night's stay because leaving the door open to our room is a serious offense. I provided my address to send back the PJs. I got a response a few days later on Wednesday, stating they sent me my PJs, and I would only get $50. I received my PJs, and they were covered with bleach stains. For people who are in the hospitality business, nothing about this experience was hospitable.

  We just used this as a crash pad, but the photos online made it look a lot bigger and nicer than it was. However, the service was great. The people were kind.

  I start with the goods because its shorter. Limited cover parking. The place was clean ish, and lots of outside seating. Some rooms have an extra door to sit in there "garden area". Now for the bad. First be aware they charge for parking 10$ that is not noted on the website although there are plenty of spots MAYBE 5 cars that night overall. Most of the "garden" area plants have been removed and driplines laying all over plus none of the water features showed were working or even clean. The rooms entrances were wierd and hazardous because you have to like rock skip to make it and with bags in hand its not easy specially if your older. They made an island with pebble rocks and tiles to step on before u get to your door. We requested a handicap room which worked fine but the handicap parking spot is very difficult to fit into because its behind a building and wedged between the railing. The room looked great at a glance. Let's get into the room, the big TV we had worked fine but the remote didnt. You have to literally stand right next to the tv to make it work. The fridge was a little dirty in the sealed areas and the beds were horrible. The fold out couch what you expected. The queen bed was very low and the pillows were half sized being small, you need at least 3 of them to make one. The thermostat was hard to figure out and for the size of the room and extra counters they could have added a large mirror for getting ready. The bathroom was OK, yet the mirror for the size bathroom was very tiny. Almost 12 by 24inch when there is clearly enough space for a larger one. The main issue in the bathroom is the horrible toilet paper and the shower, although its a walk IN shower, the doors is seals are inside the shower so any water that hits the glass will drain out onto the bathroom floor. It did this pretty much the whole time making it super slippery outside the shower and a big water mess. Being handicap its not great to deal with. Lastly the morning breakfast was, I mean what do you expect but in the pictures they show orange juice and fruit, which was never provided. All that was available was coffee with one type of cream, powder eggs, sausages, and tater tots. They had a waffle maker and some yogurt but I passed on that. I would not recommend unless they did some serious renovations

  Quiet room away from busy street. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Self-serve breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage and potato tots. Also had yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit. Reasonable price for location.
