If the shower of all places isn’t clean then one cannot trust anywhere is clean. Huge mat of bright blond hair very visible against the black marble was completely left. The man as I was checking out did not seem to care at all in a way that makes me think this is a standard occurrence and honestly his lack of actual apology made it even worse. The ketchup packet at the breakfast bar also seemed expired as it came out almost black. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Stanza molto piccola ma nel complesso funzionale e perfettamente pulita. Buona la colazione anche se lo spazio dove consumarla non è molto grande. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccellente anche rispetto all'università di Stanford. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Comfortable queen bed, clean, and fantastic location. Good value for what it is. I had a good check-in experience, and they have a bike available for complementary use. However, my shower would not drain, and there was some noise (footsteps) from the floor above when people walked around. The rooms are small with very little natural light.

They are overbooked and canceled my fully paid non-refundable reservation. They never called me and I’m now on the street at 1 am searching for a new hotel. Good luck for me.
