- TKtaha khademiMay 13, 20264.0We stayed here for 5 nights. Our check in was a bit delayed because they were updating a software in their system. Check out was smooth. Rooms are a bit old and we had an issue with our jacuzzi. They initially sent someone to fix it but when they realized it’s broken they upgraded us to a better room. Overall good service and good location.

Had to physically go down to reception to tell them the issue as the phones are not working. No supervisor at night or maintenance staff. God for bid a building wide emergency were to occur! Health and safety disaster waiting to happen. We were given the option of moving the room, 15 minutes to midnight. Had to carry our own bags down to a different floor with toddler in tow. A very sad end to our stay here. It’s quite a shame given the location is fantastic, the infrastructure is a let down. Front desk reception staff were always very nice, however we couldn’t say the same about some restaurant staff where we were blatantly discriminated against for our ethnicity, where we observed a different level of service was offered to us compared to others who were locals.

I can't believe she would be allowed to work by herself. She just could not talk to me? Beside that and the death trap sounding elevator, all was good I guess. The prom music went on longer then 11!!! Decent rooms and good location
