  Disgusting hygiene condition, worse than 2 star. Worth no more than 50 dollars per day and charged me 570 usd one night for this. And the front desk is absolutely ridiculous. Saying like “yeah we are just like this bad but google meta will pay us” If you want to ruin your travel, select this hotel.

  Crowne Plaza Cabana Palo Alto was very accommodating to our party's stay required because of a Stanford hospitalization. They demonstrated a much appreciated flexibility as our length of stay changed. We would definitely stay here again.

  My family was visiting from virginia so they stayed here and booked for us as well. It was just terrible. Rooms weren't clean and bedsheets were dirty.Pillows were smelly. And food was just awful. One of the worst hotel to stay.

  I stayed at Crowne Plaza Palo Alto in mid-August for a work trip, and overall, it was such an easy and comfortable stay. I arrived around 4pm, just in time for check-in, and had no trouble finding parking. Check-in was quick and seamless, which was especially nice after traveling. I did see they offer a nice way to send you off by giving you Hershey kisses at the front desk called, A Kiss Goodnight. I thought this was such a kind and sweet way to go to end the night. When I walked into my room on the second floor, I was pleasantly surprised by the view of the courtyard and the large, resort-style pool. The highlight for me was definitely the bed. It was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in, and I ended up getting a full 8+ hours of sleep which is not something that happens often on a work trip! The next day, the team checked in to see if I had any feedback about my stay, and honestly, all I could say was that I’ll be back. It was a simple, comfortable, and easy stay, which was exactly what I needed during a busy work trip. The team was very kind, thoughtful, and made staying here hassle-free.

  My family had a terrible experience. You can check my profile, I don’t write bad reviews and please understand before reading this that this was just my experience. We stayed for a week at the Crowne Plaza Palo Alto, and there were three unfortunate issues. Facility: The room we stayed at was only accessible by stairs and I wish the front desk mentioned something because we brought a lot of luggage with two toddlers not capable of using stairs on their own. The A/C runs but didn’t get the room very cool on hot days. The bathroom fan did not operate and the steam just stayed trapped. Injury: The rooms in the section we stayed in had missing tile/pavement that was cheaply replaced with carpet and not left level. On my way out of the room I had rolled my ankle pretty severely that made walking around SF absolutely grueling. Customer service: We stayed for two reasons. To see my grandmother for her 90th birthday and for my family to see SF for the first time. On day two housekeeping did not show up and only when we replied to their automated “Checking in on your stay,” we asked for housekeeping to come but only after 6:30 or the next day. We needed time to get ready for Grandma’s party. After dropping the kids off to an uncle I came back at 4pm to find my wife getting kicked out of the room for the house keeping to clean the room when we specifically asked them not to come. Up until this point in our stay I chopped everything up to stuff happens, but we flew all the way from the east coast with toddlers only to show up late to the primary reason for our visit. I went to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager and they took detailed notes for a manager to review. They kindly told me to wait for the manager to call me the next day and I understood, however that call never came and no one ever followed up with me. Still waiting for C.P. Management Team to actually call me or at least give me a name and number to call them.
