  My family always enjoys coming to this hotel. Year after year we return and the atmosphere is friendly and in inviting. I travel for work and my family visits loved ones in the area, this is the hotel we always return to. The staff here are amazing always willing to go over and beyond to help. Nana checked us in on arrival, she was very accommodating asked us if we needed anything. Later I called down to see if they had a roll away and even though they were short handed she still found the time to get one. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Shaq keeps the breakfast going. She does an amazing job keeping up with flood of guest.

  I've stayed here a few times due to the closeness to the interstate, but I'm not sure I will come back anytime soon. The front desk is always kind and helpful. The issues begin after that. The elevator inspection being out of date doesn't set a good tone as you walk to your room. The main room presents as plenty of space but most of the positives stop there unfortunately. Grease on the headboard, cracks in the tile, stains on the sheets and carpet, holes in the curtains, a bent bed full of noisy springs, hairs on the towels and bathroom floor...They say a picture is worth a thousand words and I've uploaded a couple thousand words worth. Don't just take my word for it. I want this to be an honest review and would love to see things changed and cleaned up. Spending either your hard earned money or points on this is a little rough at the moment. Enjoy the location and wish them nothing but the best. Fingers crossed.

  I had a great experience at this hotel. For the price paid the room size was amazing to accommodate 4 adults (1 bedroom king bed). Kitchen with full size fridge and even dishware and pans provided. 2 TV set, one in bedroom one in living room. Plenty of places to seat, very comfortable bed and sofa/bed couch. Their breakfast is some of the best I had, their options and flavors are great. It's not just a pastry and coffee. They have eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee juices, and more. I highly recommend this place if you need to stay in this area.

  IF YOU WANT VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, GO HERE, not recommended for any kids Everything in our room, from amenities to room lighting, shower bathrooms, kitchen, and outside amenities like the BBQ grill and washing machine, is broken. This hotel is highly recommended to close down for full renovation. Your breakfast and evening service was the worst; they always have pork for breakfast—no options for people who don't eat it. They always have a limited amount of food available anytime we go here for evening and breakfast—and when you ask for more, the staff seems so rude and unprofessional. They should be able to see the guest list to make these amenities available when people come, but our morning they literally do the same with lots of people waiting in line for food. The dining area and lobby were all smoke everywhere, and we left with no breakfast. When we ask for more towels, they only give us 4 max, but they should be able to see our reservation has 8 people. This is enough to say, but I have lots of bad experiences at this hotel, making me want to exit from being an IHG member forever. Even the pool was closed and stated to open on May 29th and they didn’t, its all mess up Bbq grill was gross IHG—I HOPE YOU CAN SEE THIS. THIS HOTEL IS EARNING MONEY WITH VERY POOR CONDITIONS, RUDE STAFF, EXPENSIVE BUT USELESS. BUGS WERE FOUND EVERYWHERE. THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS SO NASTY AND UNWELCOMING, WITH LIMITED OPTIONS AVAILABLE. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AND I'M CONSIDERING EXITING FROM BEING AN IHG MEMBER. THERE'S ANOTHER ONE IN LAS VEGAS HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE. THESE HOTELS NEED TO BE UP TO STANDARDS AS YOU ADVERTISED AND CARRY YOUR NAME. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND POOR EXPERIENCE.
