I aways have a nice stay here. Customer-service was EXCELLENT but there was a salt & pepper tv that I could fix.

This morning I spoke to Lonnie at the front desk he was super helpful and detailed on what I had asked and answered all my questions,I was also informed that they do very super early check ins for travelers like myself when you really need a spot to stay ASAP of course it comes with the fee but very rarely have I ran into a hotel that does this I have to definitely give them 2 thumbs up for that 👍👍 more places should be like this for those of us on the go alot much appreciated bud thank you guys! Looking forward to staying 💯

Booked a room for Saturday-Sunday and when I called the front desk the employee had an attitude and said to call again later because she was busy. When my family and I arrived in the lobby the short older woman at the front desk was being extremely inappropriate and not professional whatsoever. She was cursing and called my Fiancé Hot. Not professional at all. We also included in the reservation that 4 guests would be staying and we added the breakfast. The lady failed to make us aware breakfast only covered 2 people. If she was busy doing her job rather than being unprofessional and inappropriate she probably would’ve remembered to tell us. When we came down for breakfast some of the dishes were dirty and the eggs weren’t cooked long enough because I was still able to see liquid on them. Also the fridge in the room had a bad smelling odor. We used to stay here all the time but with that older short woman at the front desk we won’t be coming here anymore!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and comfortable everything was. Our room was very clean, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The food was also absolutely delicious! Everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lonny the gentleman working the night shift. He was extremely helpful when we needed our towels refreshed, and he helped us with a great attitude and excellent customer service. His friendliness and willingness to help really stood out, and we truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating he was. Overall, my wife and I had an amazing experience here. The clean rooms, delicious food, and wonderful service made our stay even better. We will definitely be coming back and would happily recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great value for the price, especially if location isn’t a priority for you. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the staff was polite and friendly. Everything was well maintained and I had a pleasant stay. For what you pay, it’s an excellent option.
