We stayed at here for the weekend, and honestly, it was only a barely decent experience. First off, the hotel looks way better online than it does in person. The property feels a bit run down and is in major need of some deep cleaning and remodeling. For what we paid for a two-night stay, it felt definitely overpriced—especially since our room's air conditioning wasn't working properly, leaving it uncomfortably hot.
Customer service also left a lot to be desired. We arrived just before 11 AM at the pool area, and thebar staff wasn't welcoming at all; in fact, they came across as kind of rude.
On a positive note, the pool area was nice and had a great vibe with a live DJ. I also appreciated that they provided a huge selection of beverages, mixers, and snacks available to buy inside the rooms. Overall, while the pool is fun, the high price and lack of upkeep make it hard to fully recommend

My family had a lovely short stay at the Saguaro. Check in was lovely and they were attentive at the host stand. Our room was great! I was worried with all the negative reviews as of late but the room was clean and the beds comfy. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was really good. We will definitely be back.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever been in is not clean. The hallways is not clean all of their furniture by the pool is rusted in a very bad shape. All of the chairs are filthy dirty the hallway smell like mildew the parking lot. The walkway is just ridiculous. I don’t see how they have any service. Even the pool is dirty and has a fume in it. Hopefully, I said that right ridiculous. They don’t even deserve one star. They deserve a big fat zero

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. My partner booked us a room for my 40th birthday here and from the beginning to the end of our stay, it was issue after issue. Upon arrival, we noticed the room had a weird smell (like mildew/sewage) and the room was not as nice as it was in the pictures online. A friend of mine sent me a bottle of champagne but the hotel wrote a note that made it seem like it was a gift from the hotel, not my friend which was strange and awkward when I didn't thank my friend because I didn't know it was from them. That evening, the people in the room above us were stomping and being super loud until past 3am, when my partner called to complain, they were rude and not helpful. The next day we put out the sign to clean the room but when we came back all they did was put more clean towels in the bathroom and did not clean the room at all (bed was unmade, bowl of melted ice and champagne bottles/glasses were still there, etc.). What made things even worse, is that another friend sent a bottle of champagne that she was charged for but we never received (we did not figure this out until after we left). Instead, they took my friends credit cards number and used it to charge us for room service we ordered. My friend and partner both had to call them to get her reimbursed and to fix this situation. Apparently, whoever answered my partners call was incredibly rude, condescending and did not apologize or take any accountability for the fact that they charged the wrong card, never brought us a bottle of champagne that was already paid for, or for the fact that we had a horrible experience here. Will never go back to this place.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. I cannot speak to the pool or any amenities unfortunately, as we decided to switch hotels due to how our room was dirty and smelled musty. We asked to switch rooms due to the smell and cleanliness, and the front desk guy was a gem and so accommodating! The next room was definitely an upgrade and nicer, but sadly it still had a smell and did not have a comfy vibe whatsoever. In both rooms there were stains all over the carpet, which was a tad concerning. Additionally, the AC was so loud and rattled. I will say a positive is the front desk guy tried to make it right and assist us after the incident, so we greatly appreciated that. However, my friend and I still opted to go to another hotel that was not only closer to downtown Palm Springs and nicer, but actually cheaper than the Saguaro. I wish it would’ve met our needs as it appears cute and colorful. Maybe if they remove the gross carpet and make it more modern, I would return.
