  Clean cool rooms with spacious layout. All the staff says hello with a smile and are happy to help answer questions and/or service requests efficiently and promptly. Property is maintained every morning with beautiful landscape and pools. This is a great family resort when Palm Springs is your destination.

  Kids Loved It, Parents Survived (and Actually Relaxed!) ​If you’re looking for a spot where your kids can burn off their endless energy while you pretend you're on a tranquil getaway, Oasis Resort in Palm Springs hits the jackpot. ​From the moment we arrived, the family-friendly vibe was front and center. The resort is packed with fantastic amenities—multiple pools meant we could switch spots every time someone declared they were "bored" (a record-breaking 20 minutes into the day), and the spacious villas gave us enough room to spread out without tripping over floating pool noodles or stray flip-flops. ​The kids had an absolute blast soaking up the fun, and honestly, the highest praise I can give Oasis Resort is that my spouse and I actually got to finish a conversation—and a cup of coffee—while it was still hot. ​Five stars for family fun, incredible facilities, and saving our sanity! The grounds are beautifully kept, the pools are amazing, and the entire vibe is pure relaxation. The only downside? Trying to convince myself to actually check out and return to reality. I’ll definitely be back—if I ever finish packing my bags from this trip!

  I've been going to this resort for about 7 years with my family members. It's always been an enjoyable experience, the comfy rooms, the nearby warm pools, the bike riding. The floors however were dirty, there were some malfunctioning blinds and screen doors, we also had ants in our rooms. A mop would help if provided to keep the floors from staying wet instead of resorting to towels to dry floors, and then you have a limit of towels you can receive. I do appreciate all kitchen accessories and tools. I've had different units throughout the years, some have different styles depending on how many rooms you get.

  We arrived at the 4:00 pm check-in time, tired and hot in the near record highs that day. But we were told our room was not yet ready. We could not check in until 5:55 pm! We did not get so much as an apology. When I brought up the fact that we had to wait almost two hours for our room, the receptionist could not care less. She said I needed to talk to the manager, but the manager never contacted us. Terrible start to our stay. We will not be coming back.

  We really enjoyed our stay , house is beautiful and clean , plenty of towels and pool toys pools are wonderful!
