  Rooms were nice size. Roomy bathroom. Nice lighting. Had a sliding door for a mini patio. Nice view of park. Would have preferred it to have a screen. Community vibe with farmers market close by. There was a small frig. It was completely full of to be purchased items. No room for personal items. And no microwave in room.

  Amazing stay at PG’s first hotel! Driving in the valet was excellent and charged my Tesla w/o even asking! Winning! The free guest cocktail hour was so quaint & they served great wine! Lastly, both dinner on Friday & breakfast on Saturday were delicious. Michelle (who served my breakfast) was downright charming. She made sure I always had a full cup of coffee + made me a DELICIOUS vanilla latte. Thank you Michelle for making me feel so welcome & comfortable! There was live music at night too!

  My fiancé took me to The Caledonian for dinner, and we had an amazing experience. The restaurant is beautiful, the lighting, colors, and overall design create such a warm and inviting atmosphere. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. The food was 10/10, and the service was exceptional. Octavio went above and beyond to make our evening special. I highly recommend The Caledonian and can’t wait to come back!

  Dear Kimpton Mirador Team, We want to sincerely thank you for making our anniversary stay at the Kimpton Mirador in Pacific Grove so special and memorable. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay felt romantic, beautiful, and welcoming. The hotel is absolutely lovely, and the location is perfect for a relaxing and special getaway. It was exactly the kind of place we hoped for to celebrate our anniversary. What truly made our experience stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service. Marisa, Minko, and Stormy were wonderful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. They are a true reflection of what outstanding hospitality should be. We also loved having such a lovely restaurant right within the hotel. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was so convenient and made our anniversary experience feel even more special. We left with wonderful memories and truly appreciated everything your team did to make our anniversary celebration so enjoyable.   So happy that we chose to stay here vs Carmel!! Brand new properties can be hit or miss, but this one is beautiful and the rooms are thoughtfully designed (with exception of some light switches we couldn’t find ourselves 😅). The bed was very comfortable, ac was good and quiet, and we didn’t experience any noise issues in the room (4th floor) - I usually struggle with that at hotels. The restaurant onsite is surprisingly good with great breakfast offerings and dinner options. The French toast with “best ever English muffin” was to die for! Also, one of the evenings the hotel had live music in the courtyard, making our stay even more memorable. The biggest differentiator here, though, is the staff, especially two individuals at the front desk. Huge shoutout to Ben and Stormi who gave us the best welcome ever and continued to provide top notch guest experience during the few days we stayed there. I also want to mention that this hotel has a fantastic housekeeping team - the little things they do make a huge difference. So extremely thoughtful! Last but not least - Kimptons are always dog friendly, but this property is next level. They truly love and celebrate dogs! Also, the hotel is located right next to a little park and very close to a beautiful coastal walking path, which is both stroller and wheelchair friendly. PPS If you travel with dogs, order the deluxe pup cup, and your pup will be forever thankful!!
