  ​I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with my recent stay. ​Shortly after I checked into my room and unpacked all my belongings, the bathroom ceiling suddenly began leaking water, flooding the entire floor and the toilet area. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff member was incredibly blunt and dismissive, as if I were a burden. ​When a staff member finally arrived to inspect the bathroom, he casually remarked that this is a "frequent occurrence" when guests in the room above use their bathtub. It is shocking that the hotel knowingly places guests in rooms with such recurring plumbing issues. After inspecting the damage, he told me he would get back to me regarding a room change. However, after waiting nearly an hour with no word, I had to call the front desk again. Only then did they change their story, insisting that I come to the lobby in person to receive a new key. ​The process of repacking all my belongings to move was already exhausting and upsetting. To make matters worse, I discovered at 1:00 AM that the heater in the new room was not functioning. Having already spent so much energy moving my luggage, I felt completely drained and had no choice but to stay in the freezing room, as I could not bear the thought of packing and moving everything for a second time in the middle of the night. As a direct result of the lack of heating, I woke up the next morning with a severe sore throat and a cold. ​This experience was entirely unacceptable. From the recurring maintenance failures to the lack of professionalism and urgency from the staff, the service was far below any reasonable standard. I am deeply disappointed by this stay.

  The buildings were confusing. I couldn't tell if people lived there full time as some of the blinds in windows were broken and the building next to me had their patio door barricaded with furniture on the porch. Outside my room there was dog poop, that stayed there my entire stay (2 nights). If you get a room in any building above 17 it is quite a hike to the lobby which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there are multiple police tower monitors that did not make me feel safe. Why are there so many? Which brings me to the room. At first glance our room looked good. Clean. Upon further inspection, the bathroom still had hair on the floor and parts of a razor on the tub ledge which makes me doubt it was cleaned. The closet had a blanket for the sofa bed that was clearly not clean, just shoved in there. The sofa bed mattress will only work for a child, very thin. Did not come with linens. The dishes that were not in cupboards were clean but most of the ones in cupboards were not. For what you pay for rooms, this was not worth it. Felt like I was in the projects.

  Everything was perfection for our June wedding at Staybridge. Valerie and Belinda promised a beautiful event- and they delivered! The grounds are beautiful and maintained. They accommodated us by allowing us to come in a day early to set up the room. With the layout of the room and view of the golf course- it was lovely. We had a last minute change in some items and they were able to help us. Valerie is a pleasure to work with. She kept me on target for the whole process. The day of - we had a server who was polite and listened to what I asked for. We ran a video and Josue helped us with lights off and on. The food for the reception was fabulous. We had so many compliments about the Mexican buffet. Something for every palate! All in all I cannot say enough great things about Staybridge and the people who work there. For them it’s a labor of love.

  This venue is about an hour from LA / Universal Studios. There are nearby grocery stores and shops. The nearby cinema is also great! Check in was easy as expected. The price of the rooms is not on par with what you get. Keep in mind this is my opinion. My thoughts: 1) The beds are soft and my back just didn't adjust even after 6 nights. 2) Garbage and debris was consistently on the ground and in the laundry room room 3) Kitchen amenities are lacking. More than one pan is needed and I do not understand why they wouldn't supply you with a nonstick one at that. No tongs, no whisk, no coffee filters, no dish soap, used sponge.... you get the picture here. 4) I asked the front desk for extra kitchen and bathroom towels to be delivered to our room and was told someone would bring them shortly. They never came. 5) There are two pools and three hot tubs. The hot tub was warm, not hot. 6) There is lots of parking 7) There were three tv's in our room which is convenient. I will say they are older tv's and don't have much installed for streaming. 8) I didn't use the gym facility or pickelball courts, but they looked nice.

  Honestly, very nice, big, quiet, clean, easy, cozy place. I like the place itself very much and enjoyed a lot. However, the staff were really rude and unprofessional. The receptionist looks like very busy and exhausted having no energy to serve me even for 1 min check in. The worst is the cleaner. Nocked my door at 10am extremely loudly and my neighbors doors around the same time. The check out is 12. I really do not know why this level and beautiful hotel has such low grade staff. The cleaner is so hurry to getting people up from their vacation morning good sleep dreams. So, please train your staff properly! Otherwise, I do not recommend anyone who wants to have a good long sleep to stay here.
