- PPPaola3 days ago1.0Claims to be no smoke property but when we got to the hotel after going out there were men smoking marijauana by the pool. The room smelled horrible and the restroom even worse. I had to go buy febreeze. They didn’t give us any more toilet paper after the first day we had to use napkins. The beds weren’t even done right either.

We clearly communicated the number of people in our group ahead of time, yet the hotel would not honor what we were told and agreed upon. When a group brings this much business to a hotel, you expect clear communication, professionalism, and for management to stand behind their commitments. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The situation caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for our entire group. Management needs to improve its communication, customer service, and accountability—especially when handling large group reservations. John B

During our stay, we found roaches in both room, which was completely unacceptable and made us extremely uncomfortable. What made the situation even more frustrating was how the hotel handled it afterward. The manager Ricky Santos told us that we would receive a refund and assured us that he would take care of it. I have stayed in contact with him for the past two months, but despite multiple attempts to follow up, I still have not received the refund that was promised. I understand that problems can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. In this case, we were promised a resolution that has still not happened after two months. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel think twice and make sure they are comfortable with how the management handles serious complaints and refunds The reason for our stay was due to a death in the family
