  I agree with previous reviewers who expressed that the best thing about this hotel is that it's relatively affordable. This hotel features terrible customer service, zero housekeeping, and an inconvenient location. They text guests multiple times each day encouraging them to reply with any needs or concerns. On our second day of old, wet towels and full trash cans, I inquired when the room would be cleaned. They did reply that they clean the rooms ONCE A WEEK. When I complained that I at least needed fresh towels, they quit replying. Just ghosted me entirely. It's also a 20 minute drive to the beaches, and that's without traffic. I'm sorry I chose to stay here. Buyer beware.

  Horrible experience from start to finish. My room was downgraded from what I had booked. When I raised the issue, the only option offered in the middle of the night was to cancel my reservation, which was not a practical solution. The replacement room overlooked someone's backyard, where construction or maintenance work started early every morning, making the stay far from relaxing. Perhaps the most frustrating part was that there was never a manager available to address the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I was repeatedly told there was no manager on site, and nothing was resolved. There was also no adjustment to the charges despite the downgrade and poor experience. A request to the hotel: if you don't have a manager available to resolve problems, at the very least don't change guests' room assignments without providing the room they reserved or an equivalent alternative. This was the kind of experience that makes you feel like you deserve a full refund. Choose at your own risk.

  Amazing location pretty close to 101 in a safe area with office buildings. The rooms are great pretty spacious and nicely prepared to welcome guests - bedding is solid and the room is done well. They have a paid cafe area in the lounge with no free breakfast option. Ample free parking available Overall a solid choice if you are making a coastal trip to cover Santa barbara or Ventura.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I am currently staying at Holiday Inn Oxnard – Ventura and will be checking out on Friday, July 3. I am very pleased with my experience. The KEURIG coffee machine is now working, and I appreciate that the issue was resolved. The room is large, clean, and very spacious, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. One of my favorite features is the fantastic balcony, where I enjoy spending time each day. The hotel provides daily housekeeping service, and the room is kept clean and well maintained. A special thank you to Ruby at the front desk. She has been friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Her excellent customer service has made a positive difference. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels over the years, and this hotel has reinforced why I continue to choose the Holiday Inn brand. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

  Right off the 101, nestled in business buildings. Felt very safe. Ladies at the front desk AND the restaurant are efficient and resourceful! Beds are comfy, pillows are fluffed, our 2 queen room had a microwave and a small fridge, with a small balcony for fresh air looking out at the parking lot. Platinum IHG One Members get a choice between extra status points or one free adult breakfast item + coffee. EV Charging one spot, free for guests. 6kW J-1772 (Level 2) port. I got lucky that nobody was using it AND nobody needed it during my stay. If someone does and you are full charge, receptionist would call your room to move. 10/10 would stay again!
