  Do not stay here unless you are desperate. Upon arrival, I was told my confirmation number and reservation did not exist. They did not have any information or assistance to offer me which was very frustrating considering a new hotel was hard to find to accommodate a group of 5. I was told there was nothing they could do and they did not accept any fault in this mistake. After I was stuck in their lobby searching for a new hotel, they magically found a non operational room that suddenly was working and they could put us in. This room had multiple cockroaches, a nail in the living room and stains. 0/5 stars. Do not stay here.

  A special shoutout to Patricia for going above and beyond! She was absolutely fantastic, so kind, helpful, and professional. Her outstanding customer service truly made our experience even more special. It’s employees like Patricia who make guests want to come back! Everything was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service.   My young daughter and I arrived at 1am from our out of state flight. Upon entering our room, I turned on the lights and immediately noticed the smell of cover-up for smoke, and a stained couch, so I started scanning the room. I walked over to the kitchen area and on the floor I see a roach. Lights on not moving. I took a picture then stomped my foot and it started running. I turn around and see another roach running across the kitchen table. We immediately took our bags and headed for the service desk. The gentleman offered another room, but I said I want to check out. Roaches do not stay in one room. If there’s multiple roaches in one room, that was supposed to be cleaned…they’re everywhere. So at almost 2am I had to take my child into the car and start calling around and looking for another hotel that would allow me to check in early. I ended up having to pay 200 more than my original booking because I was charged an additional fee for checking in at that time instead of the usual 3pm. I waited a couple days to post this to see if the hotel would offer any written apology or compensation for this horrible and terrifying outcome of state experience alone with a child, but since they didn’t everyone should know.

  3 stars for a 3 star experience, the price tells you it's not going to be anything more but 8 minutes from Disneyland made it worth putting up with a below standard hotel. Old rooms, old appliance, old everything, HUGE rats, but honestly would still stay again at the price.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I spent over a week researching hotels near Disneyland and specifically booked a two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen based in part on the photos shown for the room. Those photos showed a bedroom with French doors opening toward what appeared to be a terrace/balcony. When we arrived, the room we were given was nothing like what was pictured. When I questioned the front desk, I was first told the photos were posted “in error” and that they didn’t even have rooms with those doors. I pointed out that I could literally see rooms on the property with those exact doors. Then I was told those were presidential suites. When I asked for the manager, the explanation changed again: I was told they DO have those rooms, but they were all occupied. That was incredibly frustrating. Regardless of whether the wrong photos were posted intentionally or accidentally, those were the photos presented when I made my decision to book. To their credit, the hotel offered a full refund when I complained. However, that left us near Disneyland with NO ROOM and needing to find another hotel at the last minute. No one offered to help us find comparable accommodations. We eventually found somewhere else, but it cost approximately THREE TIMES as much and didn’t even have the accommodations I had specifically spent so much time looking for. I appreciate receiving the refund, but this situation caused a major inconvenience and significant additional expense that could have been avoided if the room had been accurately represented from the beginning. If you’re considering booking here, I strongly recommend calling the hotel and confirming that the photos shown for your specific room type actually represent the room you will receive.
