  Do not stay here. Leticia checked us in and 30 minutes later checked another guest into our room with keys accessible to open the door. So we basically had another man walking into our room. When going to reception to find out what happens, Leticia lost her temper and became very unprofessional very quickly. Save your money and your time stay somewhere else if you don’t want to share your room with a stranger.

  Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk receptionist could be a bit friendlier to greet guest, but she warmed up a bit as we talked. The late night man, was very friendly and customer oriented. The room was clean but old. Sink was slow to drain. Breakfast was forgettable. Very basic with not many choices.

  Wanted to give praise where praise is due, Darrell Warren was very accommodating to me while I stayed there, I have a disability and I needed help with my luggage this weekend, Darrell had such a willing spirit and was so helpful and kind. Very humble young man you guys should be very proud to have him as an employee! Good help is hard to find nowadays. Thank you Darrell for being so kind to me.

  Room is clean. Front desk is very nice and helpful. Talking about the guy working on 8/7 at 10pm. Give him a raise. Made me feel welcomed. There is a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge. Iron w/ board, hair dryer and the A.C. worked well. There are toiletries in the bathroom and an ice machine down the hall. Fits my needs for a good price and parking is free. I would stay here again.

  I woke up with dry dripps of blood on the underside of the blacket by my face i thought i was bleeding but it wasnt me at all so it had to have been previous guest the office said the only thing they could do was comp my room .. they tryed to comp my stay but said they couldn't because i booked through a 3rd party 3rd party has not gotten back to me regarding the case .. and best western corporation said they dont do anything about it .. so basically u can contract diseases due to their staff and they will do nothing
