  The positive is the staff is very friendly and i have zero complaints about them. What falls apart is the cleanliness and the smell. The carpets are all stained, the tiles are sticky, and the rooms have mold. That's not even the worst, the smell is unbearable! It reeks of moldy water and cat feces, strong feces. I've been here twice over a month separation and each time it was the same and different floors for my room.

  I am an IHG member. I stay at holiday inn expresses nearly every week. The main seller for me is the breakfast in the morning. However, the breakfast here was mediocre. The potatoes were smushed and cold, there were no omelettes like at other HIE’s, and the turkey sausage was disgusting. The muffins were prepackaged unlike the muffins at the other locations. Also, breakfast doesn’t start until 0600, unlike other HIE’s, which start at 0530. I did not stay here because of the airport, but if I had an early flight and paid $150 for a room here, I’d be upset about the quality of breakfast, and even more upset about the late starting time. There was plenty of parking at this location, and the concierge was friendly. The lobby is spacious and has high ceilings which was nice. As for my room, a king room, the door made a lot of noise when opening it, probably because it’s old, and my bathroom shower was dated. I had a nicer shower when I stayed at the HIE in Hesperia. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Check in and check out was simple. Probably would not stay here again though unless the price was reduced significantly.

  This is a wonderful hotel with a very convenient location close to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to find dining options after a long day of travel. The front desk team provided excellent service and was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of food to start the day. The airport shuttle service was also a great convenience and made my trip much easier. The only minor issue was that the laundry machines were occasionally out of service. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and was very satisfied with the hotel. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again in the future.
