  Everything good except breakfast worst breakfast of any holiday express. I travel all thru country and stay at many.

  This is a wonderful hotel with a very convenient location close to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to find dining options after a long day of travel. The front desk team provided excellent service and was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of food to start the day. The airport shuttle service was also a great convenience and made my trip much easier. The only minor issue was that the laundry machines were occasionally out of service. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and was very satisfied with the hotel. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again in the future.

  We stayed here because of previous stays. The pool was not up to par. The jacuzzi wasn't hot but we complained and they heated it and cleaned the pool one time. The swimmers are not working. There was ice for a few days, but ice machines are no longer working. We have been in 3 different rooms, none of the safes worked. The batteries are low and no one knows how to change them?? Room service was fine and the current room is okay. 1st room had the TV on the side wall and the second room had an AC that didn't work well. Also had a grab bar in the shower that needed to be fastened tighter to the wall. The hotel has washers and dryers that are $3 each, was able to get 2 rolls of quarters for our 1st week wash. The second time was not able to get quarters, so went to the bank and got some. There should be a change machine if they are not going to have quarters on hand! The kitchen staff would not heat up a Cinnabon for me after I asked as there was no microwave in the breakfast area. Was told they couldn't heat it so I tossed it out and complained to the front desk. Overall we have been okay with the stay, just won't be staying at this location in the future. The sprinklers were running today and flooded the drive, I really think they need a good maintenance team here, but don't have it.

  I had a poor experience. They double booked my room and someone walked in while I was there. I went to complain about it and they apologized but honestly didn’t seem too concerned about it. They said they re-booked the other guy, but then accidentally deactivated my room keys. I will not return to this location again.
