  This is definitely a new favorite spot for air parking and travel! You can't beat the price with a night's sleep and onsite parking with 24 hour shuttle right to your terminal! The rooms were quiet and clean! The room smelled fresh too! Don't plan on getting over on them with the breakfast either because you've gotta give your room number and they serve the plate based on the number of guests assigned to the room! 😂 So essentially, they gatekeep and micromanage the Continental, but can you blame them when people think it's a take and go buffet for everyone and their neighbors? 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

  Rooms were clean, all amenities in good working condition. Problem I had is I booked on one of the features,that is the full breakfast.You don't serve yourself on the hot table items. The staff serves you. I refused eggs, I refused gravy for biscuits,and I refused waffles.But the staff seemed a little surly when I asked for a 2nd piece of the approximately 2" sausage patty.They give you about 6 cubes of potatoes (whicj are half the size of a tattor tot. I left a $4 tip (it is automatic for me).I later saw one of the hotel maintenance walk out with a mound of food they piled on top of his plate. When another customer came later (family of four) and I saw the male was a little larger than I. I told him you are going to have to ask for another piece of meat. He later told me he asked and he was refused. Everyone does not eat the breakfast,and the full breakfast should be a normal portion and it should not be if you are one particular race (hispanic serving) ,you get one size portion and another trace a different portion.

  This is the best deal ever! Book the park and stay for an extra $20 and you can leave your car for 2 weeks with a shuttle back and forth to Ontario Airport (way cheaper than payingforparking). And the Mexican restaurant next store is great! The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is our 3rd trip and haven't found a down side!

  The Friday night we arrived, a curvaceous woman was twerking on the edge of the hot tub. Her boyfriend continued to drink beer and spill it in the water as she made eye contact with my friend and I. That was the tone set for the rest of the stay. Room was clean, bed was comfy, TV worked. Then... Came the trauma of breakfast. The hotel makes housekeeping make the breakfast, and serve people without letting anyone get their own. This is not rational and we left because we had an event to attend and didn't have the 45 minutes necessary to wait for 20 people at 6am. We tried again the next day. We were physically touched and crowded by a group of Chinese tourists with no regard for personal space. One of them rested their chin on the shoulder of another man who almost punched the offender. The quality of the food is best described as unfit for a dog. The coffee is brown water. The eggs were liquid. Shame on the hotel for gatekeeping breakfast like a dragon hording gold in his mountain and for leaning hard on housekeeping to do it. I called the hotel to express my concerns and they played me off. 0/10. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid!
