  This was a nice property. We had a King Bed room, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff were very nice and accommodating. This property is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. I would stay here again. I don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t have better reviews, it was a nice hotel, it was clean, free parking, and very reasonable rates. I recommend this hotel.

  This place is disgusting. I got there late and the front desk guy was rude to me right off the bat. He had the nerve to ask my WHY I was late. What? I don’t think that’s any of your business- I paid for the room whether I’m there or not doesn’t matter. The hall carpets had stains all over them and the whole place looked dusty and worn down. Then I got to my room and I was eating lunch at the desk and a cockroach crawled across the desk. I called the front desk and they moved me to a new room. I was exhausted and laid down to rest and as soon as I fell asleep I was awoken by a dozen kids screaming in the pool and dogs barking. The walls are paper thin and even with my windows and door closed I could hear every step anyone took. The train goes by every 15 minutes and makes a ton of noise. I called and asked for a quieter room and the girl said she would “check” but never got back to me so I ended up leaving the property and getting another hotel somewhere else. The only good thing is that they supposedly “approved” my refund- we’ll see if that happens. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

  The room was clean but the toiletries were not full. One was completely empty. We had to use our own. The staff was really friendly.

  To the little man at the front desk who chose to humiliate a 79 year old woman. Who raised you that you believe treating your elders badly is ok? You were out of line, contrite and passive/aggressive. In nearly 50 years of local and international travel, you rank in the top 3 worst front desk people in my life. The encounter with you was traumatic and spoiled an otherwise wonderful vacation. Why are you in the hotel business? And why does Best Western keep you in a job when you sabotage their efforts to compete?
